This is just part of the Legends class Devastator that came out for ROTF.

Yes, I don't think that's a new paint scheme either but I'd have to check.

Anything else either wouldn't have quite made sense, been a huge scoop, or both! My first thought on seeing the thread title was Scrapper (maybe from Deluxe Scoop) in Takara's upcoming Legends line. While the idea of this retool's been batted about (before and since 2015 Generations combiner speculation), it would have been strange to hear about it first from Takara, in a line not commencing 'til October.

The other thought I had was of Hasbro Legends Class Constructicons, which also makes not much sense as there are seven unknown Legends figures for 2015, and not one combiner team does a theme for that year make.

All that took a lot longer to write than think. :D

I do wish they hadn't reused the Legends name for the current basic ish size of Transformers. It creates confusion with people expecting them to be smaller than they are and those not familiar with the old size, what's now known as a Legion, can think toys from the past are new ones.....

Having said that: Hasbro upsize Warpath and Tank Megatron to the new scale please. And this time make sure Warpath's turret can turn without having to shave a bit off the toy!
