I'm not accepting any of my rewards until they also give me my Metroplex and Onslaught.

 

I don't even know if I was supposed to get Onslaught or not. I didn't get back on until the episode was over, and it didn't have the courtesy to say if my team won or lost today. I was well over the minimum point requirement.

 

Dark Cybertron, the day rewards were just cubes and medals until day 4, when you started getting Necrotitan stuff.

 

So my team won two days, and it looks like we got 1 Alt Mode Metroplex Level 5...and, uhm, 30...yes...30 Warpath robot modes.

Something glitched, methinks.

 

So, if I only won a single day I got an RMC R5 Metroplex plus his weapon. However, if I won two days, which would be harder and require the use of more resources, then I only get an AMC R5 Metroplex? That makes no sense.

 

Oh I get it, how many days u own means how long it'll take for them to make it right. Well played mobage, well played

Of course, once they correctly reward you the rest of Metroplex, you are in no obligation to return all the Warpaths.

That's why it was clearly meant to be cumulative. Somebody messed up, is all. So they need to fix it.

I remember a similar situation where they failed to give out a Rodimus bot mode reward card to a bunch of people. What they ended up doing is just blanket giving both bot and alt mode cards to everyone who even might have been affected. So some people ended up with an extra card.

 

Still don't understand why on earth we wouldn't get day win rewards the start of business the next day. Having an episode Metroplex 4 during the actual event would be a hell of a lot more useful for that x10 bonus while its hot.

Now I just have to figure out the best use of 26 Warpath 4 robot mode cards.

 

They actually put in the reqards list. From 10001 to 30000, they would give x30 Warpath Robot. It was really in the listing.

 

Anyone got a screenshot that shows the day prizes?

 

What a waste. Shouldn't it at leadt be 15 of each mode?

 

That is just stupid. I'd trade 29 Warpaths just for one alt mode at this point.

BTW I think they botched the fix. Logged in to see I got another Onslaught set of all things, some cubes and credits. I'm happy to keep them, but I'd prefer to get my Metroplex set ASAP.

 

Now i have onslaught, but still no metroplex.... really mobage, pay attention! !!

Yeah, I just came here to complain about the exact same thing. They sent me Onslaught, but they still haven't given me my Metroplex.

It's like pulling teeth with these guys! Now I have to send yet another email to try to get them to fix things. Again.

 

Mobage also gave me 500 transmetal cubes. And 200 Weapon Cubes.

Who on earth is running that company?

EDIT: 106 cobes, 100 small energon rechargers as well. Well I'm stocked for the next event.

 

Yeah, they usually do that when they make a mistake. They send you some extra freebee stuff as a kind of apology for whatever mix-up they've made this time. I wonder if they'll send me more when they send me the Metroplex I'm still missing.

Ok so I got freebies for the mistake...

It kind of cheapened Onslaught now. Everyone who joined gets this nice R5... I feel like I wasted 300+ cubes on the final day to get my rank under 1k and day 3 wins. They should have just rewarded it cumulative days

 

No, sorry, that's not acceptable.

Firstly, Mobage: LEARN ****ING ENGLISH.

The reason it was "confusing" is that clearly, English is your second language.
