Problem is I am trying ot farm cubes, not use more. Mobage has made it difficult in PVP, by taking away a cube for your first fight. If that was there I would only have a streak of 1 lol.

 

Ahh, I thought you were trying to build streaks. Nevermind then. In that case, I think you'll have to work with the Frenzies as I would have done the same thing you did putting the big attackers up front.

 

However thats not working. I am playing around with my deck to determine the best solution.

I got my LT Commander so I am not worried about any streaks over 6 just to build cubes  Hell if that does not work then I will spend 3 recharges for 1 cube every 3 hours lol

 

I just took my first run at Lt. Commander. Got to a streak of 15 but was getting VERY lucky with 3 cubes almost from the first fight. The trick is finding the holes in your opponents and picking on them each time they pop up (because they will pop up again and again).

I'm going to play it slow until tonight unless I start dropping out of Tier 1 again. I get the feeling things will be "easier" once more people catch up to Lt. Commander. Keep in mind that each time a heavy hitter moves up a rank, it's one less person to hold back everybody else trying to streak through it.

 

Yea, there is no way without a Soundwave to farm once you hit LT Commander. I have tried multiple configurations of my deck. I have 3 MTM Frenzy, 5 R5 canrds and Ironhide [4] with Sig weapon. I can win the first battle, but never the second one. Even if i restart the app :-(

So I will just waste my hourly cubes and see what happens. Not going to waste any more of my 1200 BC.

This PVP shit is so lame. I am so tired of losing to a deck that is not much stronger than mine and I am using 2 (1.5x) cubes. Seriously??

I decided to use 30 cubes to see how long a streak I can get. Hell I cant get past 2 or 3 wins. lol

 

5, 5 freaking wins. I have 4 Frenzy, R5 Skylinx, R5 Grimlock [3], R5 Galvatron, R5 Motormaster, R5 Metroplex....using 3 cubes for an attack power of 2x (19860 DP) and I still cannot beak a deck full of R5 with NO FUCKING Episode 2x/3x/5x in it. Just old R5 episode cards. WTF??

 

I used 3 cubes...and that's what mo•dirtbaghey wants you to do..I dropped 360+ BC..I'm pretty sure I'm secured for top tier though...I was basically battling the same 2-3 player (deceptikarr) and several times I escape with 1-3% life left

 

@butch...do you use your R5 as commander? I think that would be better..those X3 will die within 1-2 hits..without using multiple cubes I can only go maybe 5-6 streak also

 

what is your point total now? what was the point total for Tier 1 last PVP?

 

I have 3/4 Frenzy up there. i have tried multiple configs, smae results. Just cant get to 6 wins.

 

Overkill (I think) at 9.5mil..that's from 1 run with a 175 streak till time ran out..

 

Maybe wait a little longer for other players to get into LT commander...or hope you'll get my deck

 

Anyone have the point totals for the last PVP Episode?

 

You're deck has given me a boost around the 5-6 streak mark. It's a nice thing to see.

 

Blah 19 win streak on lt. And run into 3 solid r5 decks. It's gonna be slow getting the top pvp rank this event but it seems like it could be close to battle cube neutral

 

Last PVP Event rank 250 was what in points? And the Tier 1 was to 250 as well correct?

To everyone else that hasn't already maxed their rank... it's a breeze to farm cubes in Lt. rank (not commander), if you have Skylynx and Ravage or another R5 that's good. I get 5 streaks continuously and it actually gives me +1 cube (in addition to the hourly ones). I rarely have to exit and come back to get a new deck draw because of too many R5s. The lesson here is, don't rank up unless you are going for T1.. even so, it's best to go for T1 on the last day. You can earn a billion points during these events extremely fast by 3-cubing, might as well build up some cubes and rubies before going balls out.
