Just got slipstream. Sam's mold as Legacy cyberverse Windblade in purple with the sword and fan replaced with the null rays. Despite what tfwiki says. You can't plug them into the shoulder ports. well you can technically but they make the arm stick out at around 45 degree angle. Doesn't look bad with her IDW2019 trio members of Flamewar and Shadowstriker. Her box art shows the guns underslung. Which looks the best. Panels on legs couldn't peg in out of the box until I fixed them. Beats out the legends toy in only three areas. Solid jet mode. Ankle tilts which help with stability and avaliability thanks to being a mainline release and not a takara tomy exclusive.. I will say this. It's interesting to see how different she is from the old Legends deluxe one.
Did you mis-transform the backpack in those first couple of pics? It actually differentiates her enough from Windblade that I might pick her up now. I'll have to think on that one.
I hope Nonnef can get back on there feet quick enough, feel she needs at least a few tweaks and there upgrade kit looked like it was going to do a lot. Seeing her next to the Legends one, I am glad I will have both in my collection for the difference.
I received this the other day. I will say, i don't mind this figure. A more animated or cyberverse styled head would be nice. The purples are vibrant. The guns while nice, i don't like them on the forarms much, and as said, don't fit well on the backs of the shoulders. I would just have liked a better place to store them. It's a good figure to have but not a urgent, get it now figure.
