Decepticon pretenders are hybrids being more represented by the shells. Dinoforce was more featured as the shells, except for the leader who rode his shell, so as hybrids they'll be dinosaurs that turn into the inner shell bots that form Dinoking.

    It all makes sense.

Is Grimlock, the team leader, being the left leg supposed to be a Teen Titans Go joke?

If Dinoking is planned I'll probably get it but I would never display it combined (especially when it looks...like that). Plus, the Dinoforce would be a cool set to complement Deszaras in the same way a complete Rescue Team complements Victory Saber. That's just my opinion though.

No? It’s because he’s going to be Goryu, who forms the left leg of Dinoking.

Not even waiting for Skar, Swoop, and Snarl to be added to the combiner, it looks like garbage

    No, it's a Dinoking formation.

I love the idea of an official Dinoking from this, but this just doesn't appeal to me at all unfortunately. I know the original was tiny and core class was likely the only way higher ups would ever sign off on the team, but I would have loved them to be a bit more substantial.

I'm getting these (and the inevitable Dinoking retool/repaint) as Core class only in hopes that supporting them will eventually lead to the release of a properly sized Dinoking/Monstructor (should be made of deluxes and combined mode about 12 inches same size as CW/PotP combiners)

For everyone saying "The original toys were small"; remmeber also the Original Scorponok in 1987 was only about half the size of Fort Max. Hasbro/TT finally fixed that in 2020.They should make Dinoking & Monstructor the full sized Combiners they are meant to be as well. Remember the below image when you compare your core class Dinoking to Haslab Victory Saber

This would be an unbelievably easy remold from Sludge. Just replace the dinosaur neck/head piece and tweak the tooling of the tail segment to cut it shorter. Everything else is just cosmetic. It’s entirely doable if they felt like putting in the effort and money.

I could see a height upgrade/combined mode upgrade happening and yeah hopefully they maybe do a kit for the individual bots to help their proportions or give them elbows.

You know, I argued with someone saying this would be a $70 voyager and people argued it would be more of a commander class size. Still looks like a poorly articulated voyager to me.

Any doubt that we're getting Dinoking is gone now.

I'll get Dinoking, Hasbro is lucky I like Victory that much.

I wonder if grimlock’s gun is supposed to go at the front and serve as the foot

I hope a bigger Dinoking/Monstructor gets made. I'm all for core combiners as fun toys but those teams need to at least CW size.

well there's always a possibility of a KO upscale, as these combiner teams usually get at some point.

I was thinking that was a possibility, but when we see Evan/Mark assembling the combiner, they attach the gun to the middle of the back of the leg.

Presumably plugged into these two mid-leg ports: upload_2023-2-2_18-38-52.png

So I'm guessing no. They'd probably know where to put it as a foot.

there are those slots at the front of the foot that a 3p company could make an attachment for a foot apparatus that gives us an ankle tilt (dna please get right on this)
