E-Hobby, what gave you the idea that Wheelie was an appropriate Dion?

 

It was a straight repaint of the TFC #20 Kup and Wheelie reissue. Wheelie had to become someone, why not Dion?

 

Too bad the Pulsecon Orion doesn’t come with a Barrel Roller Targetmaster.

 

The remold to these characters are as creative as can be, well done to the current TF team for making it happen. And the boxed art on point. Keep it up!

Best toys of each characters.... so far.

Maybe I missed it (probably, but I'm surprise this Alpha Trion & Orion Pax set is not getting more loved. This is bought.

How unfortunate a size difference and sculpting difference in Generation 1, Titans Return, and Studio Series toys for Dion.

The more I look at the set, the better I think it looks. I'll probably be in for ordering one when the time comes

 

Well, Dion was also made via redecoing the Henkei! Henkei! Hot Shot in Timelines, so, yeah. He doesn't have the most accurate of figures.

 

huh, kind of makes me wish they'd take one of the fembot modes to make Ariel lol.

 

Earthrise Arcee with a new head and altered sculpting on the lower legs and upper arms. Probably an easy enough thing to 3D print depending on its quality.

I love the set, my only crit is A3's nose is too human for me, I wish it were sharper more robotic. But amazing set!

 

Both look good to me.

 

It's kinda weird I look at A3 and I can see the work gone into him to make it unique but at the same time I feel like I'm still looking at Scourge with minor tweaks. I think it's just those wings and the alt mode they're so distinctly Scourge I can't see anything else.

 

Do you see the new purple cape parts coming from the wings? They're supposed to be folded out in the display, but they're not.

 

I like the set. Vector Sigma is a wonderful bonus. I guess I am weird in that I really like the Kup mold but think Scourge was just kinda "meh".

 

A third party company or two is more then likely already firing up their CAD software. Bonus points if the trailer becomes power armour.

yeah I noticed them on the official photos. If I ever get one I'll likly just see if I can remove it all together it's not like A3 needs an alt mode anyway.

Pass, too expensive.

I have the TR Pax, back when prices weren't so prohibitive. Granted, only slightly more expensive... but these sets get crazy when bunched with other exclusives and/or selects. Plus, the characters are a bit too "popular obscure" for me. I don't really need yet another Optimus (GASP??).  

I'd much rather see some more Pretenders.
