does anybody know if the transformers human alliance line will ever continue?

It seems like such a wasted opportunity for AOE with the good and bad human characters, you could have had attinger with lockdown and joyce with stinger for decepticon examples.

edit- not to mention older rare figures like sound wave could be released more widely. if anyone has the opportunity to ask somewhere like at comic con for example I would like to hear their response

As much as I would like to have it happen, I highly doubt it :(

    Yes PLEASE!

But won't happen. That Ship has sailed and HA was left at the docks. Sadly.

Retailers didn't really want it, and Hasbro will no longer support a line, however 'cool' it is, if it doesn't make them money.

    The end.

Some of the cars from AoE could've made awesome HA figures if designed properly.

I think I'm one of the very few to not care for the line. It didn't scale well with much of anything else, and just didn't do much for me.
The concept was good, but I was disappointed in the lack of Decepticons and that the small ones all looked more like kiddie rides than adult human-scaled vehicles.
Personally, I'd be all in if they did a HA version with GI Joe.

I would rather see a "movie masterpiece" line similar to the current G1 MP line. The HAs were too bogged down by the human gimmick (with huge guns, etc).

HA Jazz could be an "MP" as could RotF Leader Prime (and his jetwing redo). I'd like to see them go in an MP direction

HA is about Good engineering for Robot to Vehicle but now Hasbro be target to easy and lowest step to transformation like all AOE toy line. it impossible to do with HA line .if they did they will be like HA basic like in DOTM line. or They don't make it anymore.

If Hasbro would have released HA Soundwave to start in 2011, they would have sold a ton and the fate of the HA line would have been different. Unfortunately, they overloaded shelves with repaints of Bumblebee and Skids HA molds that we already had. Those didn't sell, and I strongly believe that's the reason HA is dead.

It's sad that the line went away just when we had a movie that was PERFECT for HA figures. Picture this:

    Lockdown with Attinger and Wolf
    Stinger with Joshua
    Bumblebee with Cade
    Drift with Shane
    Crosshairs with Tessa

I would swap the humans around a little bit but yes this was a great movie for HA figures.
    Bumblebee with Tessa
Drift with Cade (cade actually rode in Drift)
    Crosshairs with Shane

    i completely agree.

it's a shame they don't look at a mistake that they could've made for a reason the line died.. they just assume that we didn't want it.. which wasn't the case. .. we just don't wave 1 (the wave that most retailers load up on) to be two repaints of two characters that the people buying these figures aren't all that interested in anyways... i mean.. mudflap from rotf didn't even see a wide release, they could've thrown him into wave one.

i love your list of lockdown, stinger, bumblebee, drift, and crosshairs.. what a wasted opportunity.

though.. with the type of figures they're pumping out at this point, human alliance wouldn't fit.. they're focusing more on quantity over quality.. which means more smaller and cheaper figures. it's a shame.

From what's currently on the pegs, I can see the executives favor 1 step changers and power battlers over Human Alliance any day of the week.

BTW I saw TakTom's HA Soundwave came with a card. My Hasbro one didn't have it. I thought there's somewhere in the news thread that Hasbro would be including cards with figures in the future. Completionists must love it.

Unfortunately... given their push of all those gimmicky and simplistic figures... highly doubtful we'll see HA re-releases or continuation.... especially not if we didn't even see anything about them at Botcon.

Shame too... a stateside release of Soundwave would've been nice. Still never got Barricade, and HA figures of Lockdown, Drift, Crosshairs, etc, would've been pretty sweet.

But hey, we've got plenty of 1-step changers as a consolation prize....

    Yes, this 100%!

I did however enjoy the line. As Yaujta said, they didn't scale well with other figures (Deluxes, voyagers etc) but I keep my small band of them together in their own grouping. Likewise, after getting DOTM leader Ironhide I realized I had no good place for him either. So he now stands with my HA Autobots (Jazz, Skids and Mudflap) and scales nicely.

I too wish there were more Decepticons however... Always wanted a HA Sideways, for starters, to go with my Barricade and Soundwave.

I think that had more to do with Hasbro basically sabotaging the line intentional or not with the first wave of dotm HAs since it was repaints of bumblebee and skids sitting side by side their original releases. Everyone who wanted one already had them so all they did is sit and take up shelf space.
