I hope so to, but Galactus is a more well known character then SS. Even if SS is cheaper, more people will know who Galactus is.

 

I think they should of lower the tier levels, unless tier 2 and 3 can offer something to boost this further and peak more people instrested.

 

Eh, I don't see that happening as long as they're being marketed for the regular toy aisle, too fragile for the 8-14 market that would also be drawn to those things. Older collector oriented or not, they still gotta meet some kinda standards for the younger age groups that also shop those aisles

SS is rather well known in certain parts of Asia.

 

Man I wish I could have gotten both Galactus and Unicron, then the future comic style Ego, and McFarlane Mogo, and later on a new Cybertron that transforms into Primus to compliment Unicron so I can have a massive cosmic war display.

Hey I put my money where my mouth is. I very specifically did not buy many WFC figures due to the pettiest of reasons and I stand by each decision.

In this case my backing this was a given since it's Star Saber. The crappy effort and marketing are not very relevant here. However, if I was on the fence, if it was a character I didn't like as much, their awful stream could have meant the difference between a backing/buy or a pass.

 

It will. The affiliate numbers will count but probably won't be added until the last week. For Galactus some speculate that affiliate orders were added in at the beginning of the last week triggering huge jumps for the end. However we don't know for certain (unless I missed that being clarified). Maybe they still haven't been added in yet and Monday sees another huge jump. It is hard to tell because the tier system definitely favors showing hitting those high numbers before a campaign ends to entice fence sitters who can be convinced by the extras.

I think we are safely going to fund Star Saber and Tier 1. Already at 4k. My speculation is we will hit funding on Pulse direct customers alone, but not for awhile. Japanese numbers through TakaraTomy Mall should be a nice big chunk whenever those numbers are added. Star Saber is a popular character there.

HasLab is definitely getting stronger and more trusted. With Jabba's Sail Barge and WfC Unicron being delivered the system is now a known entity. The mid tier projects like the Razor Crest, Sentinels, HeroQuest, and now Star Saber are probably going to be the most common going forward. The really big stuff like The Barge, Unicron, and Galactus will still happen, but they really proved the concept of HasLab.

In for 2... its nice to get both SS&VL in a set for once at this level.

 

I just hope that they give us a kick ass box worthy of Victory Saber.
