What gimmicks does Deathsaurus have again? All I remember are the Breastforce figures that transform into animals and weapons for him.

Well, Commander class figures don't necessarily have to be big, right? Some are just very complex, like Rodimus.

 

Depends on the figure. Rodimus is voyager sized but he has a more complex engineering in his transformation, posable fingers, and a shit ton of accessories. Jetfire and Skylynx are pretty big but don’t come with as much goodies like Rodimus. People tend to think size is what determines the figures class and price point, and that’s mostly true there’s more to it then just size.

 

Double breastmaster is his primary gimmick

 

Absolutely. With these numbers showing how successful this was, they can easily quell any reservations stores or investors have about selling leaders from other series or figures. It doesn't have to be Optimus and bumblebee every 6 months.

 

Yes, exactly. I'm just saying that a Commander Deathsaurus doesn't have to be very big, and he could come with a slew of accessories, like his Breastforce partners. Though then again, because he is a faction leader, he might have to be big to match Victory Saber. It's interesting to think about anyway.

I think we'll be seeing an Optimus and Bumblebee every 6 months regardless, it'll now just be more variety in what kinds/continuities of Optimus/Bumblebee we get.

 

Give me a core class Star Saber and I'd gladly also buy that on top of this HasLab figure, along with said core Deathsaurus. Although, I think his Breastmaster partners could be core class sized figures, personally.

Sucks that I’m selective in the sense that I only select what I think looks cool. And damn near everything looks cool to me.

So happy they made that Super Megatron figure but he should have gotten a wider release. Megatron/Decepticons are always the power hungry tyrants but Optimus/Autobots get all the official upgrades and armor sets.
