Yes, you can change your address. When Unicron was preparing for shipment, they sent out e-mails asking everybody to confirm their shipping address. I assume they've done the same for every other HasLab project.

I know it's a tough pill to swallow, I'm swallowing it too, but I waffled on buying Takara's God Poseidon set on Pulse, and once it sold out, I had to buy it at another etailer. I really wanted that set, but had to pay more, not like double or anything that high, but high enough to regret canceling my preorder on Pulse. I'm not making that same mistake twice.

Decided to make a mockup box. I am well aware of my photoshop skills sucking.

It might be a stretch, but I'd be much happier with anything remotely close to the original box.

Ok folks this is the final day. I don’t want to pressure anyone but today is your last shot to make up your mind about Star Saber. After today you won’t get another chance at backing him, unless Hasbro grants an extension or you like to pay double the price for him in the aftermarket. I gotta say it’s been an interesting couple of months keeping track of this project! I can’t wait to get star saber myself.

Technically the Zelda pic does as there is less than 24 hours left. Now if only someone would photoshop Star Saber's head in place of the moon from Majora's Mask.

That's the thing for me. I'm not looking at this like "I get it now or wait for it to be available elsewhere"

I know that the alternative to not getting it from pulse is that it's more expensive from secondary retailers. So my alternative option to Pulse is to just plain not get it at all.

I'm not a completionist. I've skipped plenty of sets before. The only thing that I wanted and never got (aside from one of those siege target masters that was hard to find) was the centurion drone just because I expected it to end up at EB Games or Toys R Us like most other specialty figures of the time.

Just saw from other posts that apparently this is supposed to ship out around December next year. And that\'s just some BS honestly. There is really no reason this thing should take a whole freaking year to ship out. It\'s a commander sized figure with titan class combiner level complexity. This ain\'t the biggest TF ever made. It\'s not a 3 foot long Star Wars ship. It\'s an 11 inch CHUG figure. Its absolutely ridiculous that this isn\'t dropping summer next year at LATEST. I figure I\'ll get a bunch of \"um actually\" toy production know-it-all\'s breaking down the toy production process, and I really don\'t care. If they wanted this pushed out summer next year, I truly believe that\'s a realistic time frame. This is just frustrating.

Unicron took about a year and a half to be shipped out, and that had to deal with the initial shutdown that the opening months of the pandemic brought. I think a year to produce this set is pretty reasonable, considering what we're getting. Unicron's whole thing was just being really big and spherical, while this is two combining Robots and a bunch of accessories.

So you don’t want know it all’s to explain to you? Okay so live in your ignorance I guess but don’t be mad because of your inability/ unwillingness to learn why things are the way they are.

I don't know what to tell you then. It simply takes a year to get this stuff manufactured. Shortcutting any of that time is how you guarantee that the final toy is a loose and floppy mess with pegs that don't work.

Unicron was always projected as a year-and-a-half production. COVID may have delayed him by a month or so, moving him from a Spring to Summer release. Still within reason.

They have to finalise the design. They have to physically make the moulds (and test them, and refine them if neccessary). They have to find room on the production schedule of their factories. They have to sort out the production line process itself, and then train people. Then actually do the production run. Then package. Then distribute.

If you think any of this can be done in a few months then you are entirely ignorant of how this industry works.

And all of the above has to be done in the current pandemic, with logistical and personnel nightmares already upon us.

    Of course you don't.
