Frankly I still think they should the folks impacted by the shipment destruction in Taiwan should get another chance at it, if anyone. It was a special circumstance there

Problem there being, minimum production run is probably something like 500/1000/2000 units, which likely amounts to a lot of excess inventory to dump without somehow devaluing the HasLab "contract".

Honesty, I would not take the "Contract" too seriously..., as there have been times where SDCC Exclusives just appear at Retail Stores in Asia.

Haven't keep track of this, but I don't suppose there's a place to store the sword' blade in alt mode?

Yup! Side of one of Star Saber’s “boots”. Fits in all modes.

Exclusives are a different beast than HasLab.

Most of the retailer exclusives have wound up on BBTS after 6-8 months or so, in the last couple of years.

Still, I would not worry too much if you plan to purchase one within the next few months.

From what I observed from past HasLab releases, leftovers usually shelfwarm at a slight markup for about a year before their prices begin to sky rocket. I can still see some Galactus selling at close to its Retail Price in some stores; of course, eBay is a different beast altogether compared to Local Retail Stores/Secondary Markets...

I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing.

I'm saying that Hasbro has no mechanism in place to dump the excess stock they procure if they do another production run. Not without disrupting the HasLab sales model.

The scale is definitely perfect. But I feel like Thunder Manus might be a bit too stylized tho maybe that argument could apply to MMC's Deathsaurus & TFC's Liokaiser & Road Caesar too. But at the same time I've head he's a great figure so I might consider him. LG Ginrai is too big, & I can't really pose him that much.

That being said I feel like if Hasbro did a God Ginrai that scaled accurately, PMOP/Super Ginrai would have to be a leader with a core bot that's deluxe sized with a God Bomber that's either a voyager or a leader. I guess he could still be a commander via engineering & parts count but who knows.

    Hopefully mine ships tomorrow...

Just open the stock up to the online retailers. They already have the produced listed and already have stock going out to them.

Doing an emergency batch for the ones destroyed and giving the excess to stores already having it listed for sale will not do any thing to the model but would make backers feel safer of getting their copy if a similar situation where to ever happen again.

Wonderful pics of a fantastic looking figure, thanks!
Still don’t get why they’d put a production code on Victory Saber’s left shin though. They should’ve taken more care and put it somewhere less visible. Ah well, some rubbing alcohol should take care of it, assuming it isn’t molded in.

    Ebay:
I saw people posting about theirs shipping, so I eagerly checked my email. Nope.
So I checked Hasbro Pulse. Nope.

Fingers crossed for a shipping notice by the end of the week.
