Oh interesting! I have Skywarp right here and he has the clips, in brown. Maybe the clips are lower cost or they prefer the pop-off clips for some other reason.

This is the one time I kind of wished they did the parts forming backpack. The more I look at the bot figure, the better this is. The wings/beast mode tuck behind the back, I’ll have to cringe a bit when I see it (if Amazon is not going to pull an oversell on me)

1/2 of the releases are nonsensical and are a piss poor relation to anything Beast Wars. The 2 Huffer molds and Jackpot should have been regular selects releases. Grimlock and Skywarp would have fit better here

I was here, helping with the clean up.
    Best to let that die.

It was brought up early on, and I do prefer the red hinge over the pin. Looks better and is easier to tighten should the need arise.

I was here when it went live. I just tend to put overly judgemental and opinionated ass hats on my ignore list so I probably missed the earlier bs. Only reason I caught the recent nonsense is because I noticed a lot of people in the thread were seemingly talking to thin air.

If I were to wager a guess the pins might have stressed the thinner plastic of the wings too much. Or it was a breakage hazard during the drop test.

As someone who actually doesn't have any attachment to Terrorsaur as a character, my personal opinion is that this seems like a perfectly fine figure for what it is.

Honestly, I think the engineering works better on him then it does on Airazor. Almost like it was meant more for him and Airazor was the remold.

Does it suck that it's a slightly marked up exclusive, sure...Valid critique.

Is it the greatest figure in the line, no, but then it's Terrorsaur...It never was going to be to begin with. He was a Starscream wannabe who died unceremoniously after the first season, and then promptly forgotten.

For those that do remember him, and this figure works for your standards, I'm happy for you. For those that it doesn't...Well, sucks to be you I guess...

The stock wings have a stopper that prevents the tips to move higher, but it's possible.
Maybe this will work for Terrorsaur?

Well, that's how the wings work in Airazor, this is for the better I believe since it allows for customization in the wings.

Also, people should really stop taking seriously people who have been complaining about basically 90% of the recent BW updates.

Was thinking about how Terrorsaur could've been done different and still be good..and I did come up with a halfway decent thought.

Attach his chest to struts that are pinned to his waist (since it doesn't swivel anyway), take off the sculped tail. Have the waist rotate around for transformation and BOOM. The chest becomes more streamline, and his chest-tailpiece actually becomes tail.

Probably not viable for production, though.

That or a rotating backpiece kinda how PotP Elita-1 had, then have his chestpiece slide over his head. But that'd be far messier with the arm/leg layout.

Now I just need to secure tarantulas and tigatron. Wonder if we are ever going to get ant inferno. Don't know what I'm going to do with myself once I have the s1 cast in its entirety. I guess pray for transmetals.

Snapper was such an awesome toy, so simple of a transformation yet so much fun. Very much underrated only because it was a basic $5 toy... perhaps it's my love for ninja turtles that made me like it so much. Never got a chance to own one though. Some day!
