That's kind of a shitty joke, especially since it contains an address for people to send money.

Did you not read any of the posts after the one that said something about it being a mail away?

You should have told me that before I printed this out and sent it with the money. :(

There's a German comic con in early December but all the other European ones were very disappointing.
London toy fair will have nothing either, the main event is going to be New York toyfair which usually falls on the weekend closest to valentine's day.

On a serious note, I do wonder why Takara made Grapple an exclusive. Soundbarrier I can understand since he’s a small toy and a new character, but Grapple’s an 85 character. Just seems rather odd.

Doesn’t bode very well for the (hopefully) inevitable Artfire. If goddamn Grapple gets exclusive status, Artfire may only be available to those who buy boat insurance from an obscure Japanese insurance company.

or hasbro will do him in selects and takara will release him that way since they also have done some of our selects. remember, hasbro already did ricochet (who admittedly has more of a western background thanks to the reissue, but he and artfire are pretty well tied together)

    *THANK YOU!*

There have been so many different takes on the various characters in the franchise throughout the years that it's tiring to see Generations get stuck cycling on G1. Why in God's name can't Hasbro or Takara do something bold and pull in characters from stuff like RiD?

Do you know how badly I want an Ultra Bee using the CW design patterns? Or how fun it would be to see a guy like Thunderhoof find an ongoing role in the mainline?

This is where I'm going to raise my hand and say that if they did a Selects Artfire to go with Ricochet I'd want them to go all in on it and make it a repaint of PotP Inferno rather than of the inevitable Grapple retool. They're pretty well tied together...so why not them literally get put together?

I wonder how many earth based figures we will get in this line. I\'m still a bit peaved that we got half cybertron modes and now we will have earth modes. I kinda want them to all have a similar look

I think it will be mixed as its set between space and earth, plus with the mercenary faction coming in, if the cards shown in the tcg are anything to go by most look cybertronian so they will at least be non earth modes.

Did you guys hear that Scorponok will have the Sunbow cartoon head and not the Japanese Headmaster series head. It’s such great news from Seibertron. Someone called Vector Sigma on FB did some fancy detective work and figured it out. They took a still from NYCC of the partial back of Zarak and determined from the shape which version it is. Impressive work. I personally prefer the Sunbow head to the tiny anime face behind a glass cover Headmaster look.

I mean, we kinda assumed that considering it's a joint Takara/Hasbro venture and that's the model they've used for Titans in the past.
