Those feet on ER arcee are gonna break waaaaay too easily.

I agree, Arcee should have a paler face or a light pink like the MP. You nailed it on trailbreaker, though I am fine with his face as is, not so much Arcee.

I think the ER Arcee has the better robot mode and the Cybverse has the better care mode, But yeah, that ER one is going to be very fragile.

 

The Arcees side by side are a good illustration of good and bad proportions.

 

Oh yeah. Cyberverse Arcee is definitely taking the cake. My only nitpick remains that I would love for her to have that bright white that the other Arcee has. Cyberverse Arcee is like strawberry milk, whereas other Arcee is like strawberry cake but with white icing and a little bit of strawberry icing.

Both are good, I love strawberry flavor, but the white cake with strawberry looks a little prettier.

 

My biggest gripe about earthrise arcee are the open gashes on the front of her upper legs.

I will be painting her to look a bit more cartoon accurate. The face/upper arms, lips, feet, etc As well as the car mode. Once that is done, and if I can fill in those thigh gashes with some foam board, she should look really good.

Her clear gun reminds me of a gun from Panty and Stocky anime.

 

Then there's MP Arcee and her saggy boobplate

I'll try to grab both Arcees as I appreciate them for different reasons.

 

This side-by-side comparison just shows me how ugly the Cyberverse Arcee is.
Her head is shaped like a sideways lemon , And the backpack is EGREGIOUS. People complain about ER Arcee\'s backpack , But atlease it\'s removable 

 

They're both wearing entire cars on their back. None of the alt mode is used in the bot mode. Pretty boring to me.

None of Hastak's Arcee figures this year (Earthrise, Cyberverse, and MP) have appealed to me. Hopefully someone will make an IDW Arcee with an Earth alt mode eventually. Or at least an Arcee that isn't a total shellformer.

 

But atleast it’s reasonable The backpack and face is cartoon accurate.

All I see from Earthrise and Cyberverse is gonna start a new debate of \"who is the defacto Arcee\". Now I know some of you probably still have your T30 Arcee and maybe some of you are thinking on keeping their\'s or in need of an update. I just have the fear one will be peg warming shelves as a repeat of Siege Chromia\'s. Some say a Walmart\'s Transformers section is the most haunting with an army of Chromia figures. (That\'s a joke). Trailbreaker....I love loved Hoist...but despite how wonky his arms were...Trailbreaker somehow...SOMEHOW makes the flaws workable.

 

ER Arcee looks like she sat in a chair and got up with the chair still attached. In some ways, I like the sculpt a little bit more in some areas than the upcoming MP, this one seems to stick more to the Sunbow animation model aside from having a backpack for days.

Content with my T30 but who knows, I’m willing to see more of this and may decide to get it later. Light piping and lipstick would be great to match the Sunbow look but oh yea maybe Hasbro already plans that for Studio Series 1986 and won’t show that look until we’ve all already bought this ER version.

 

Don\'t know why I\'m getting so excited for ER Trailbreaker, never been that big into him before.

 

I thought I was content with the T30 and CW until I saw how well the ER one nailed the cartoon look. I’m definitely getting it now.

....Cyberverse Arcee that is

 

The ER version just looks so cheap. The head is totally unpainted, there’s so little detail paint apps, and the design is just bland.

Cyberverse Arcee at least has a more dynamic design and some painted details.

 

It looks way worse, IMO. How is it that the seven year old toy has a backpack less than half of the size of the new one? And accomplishes it without partsforming, no less. God.

 

ER Arcee literally looks like a R.E.D. series figure with a folded up car bolted to her back. Hard to believe that Animated Arcee was released 10-ish years ago and still blows this one out of the water.

Cyberverse Arcee looks alright, though!

 

Good thing Hasbro raised those prices to make their figures better, otherwise she would've had no paint on her at all and she would've only had 5 POA to boot.  

 

I guess I'm snagging both. CV Arcee looks and feels like IDW Arcee and just has a lot of personality in general.

Earthrise Arcee is a literal split image of 86 Arcee, essentially the Arcee I've always wanted (minus T30s bow-leggedness and weird proportions).

I don't usually make a thing out of backpacks or partsforming anyways but if I did, ER Arcee would be that exception I'd make because you're not ever going to get the alt mode fully incorporated into her fig without drastically changing it just because of just how much they cheated with her in the cartoon.
