My Thoughts on the Reveal as a whole:
Arcee looks incredible. Perfect proportions for me, and I love everything about her. Cannot wait to have her with Springer and UM. I hope they eventually round out the '86 film protagonists.
Snapdragon looks amazing. No emotional connection to the character, but he looks great, and I will be getting him.
Smokescreen looks leagues better than the siege releases. It makes me angry that I caved and bought the siege molds when I hated them so much, only to see the superior version release a year later. Can't wait to see the other Datsuns released in that scheme.
Megatron seems like a waste. It looks like he has some slight proportion improvements, which look alright, so I'll probably pick him up. But I dunno, just not sold on him.
Fasttrack looks great.
Skorponok looks amazing. Can't wait to have all 4 city bots together at last. I hope we get Black Zarak eventually.
Runamuck (I think) looks amazing. Can't wait to see both he and Runabout together.
Doubledealer really looks bad. His proportions are all over the place. Small Arms. Huge Chest. Stumpy legs. I'll pass.
The Quintesson looks Ok. I'll pick him up.
The Alicon looks great. I'll pick him up.
And I will not get any of the Netflix figures save for the 2 new characters, who look pretty cool.
The other recolors are literally pointless

Anyone else think this version of Arcee could be easily retooled into Cybertron Thunderblast? Having a detachable hoverboard-vehicle half could be one way to avoid her being a robot wearing two halves of a boat as wings (plus surfboard!)

Fixed up my Prime.

 

So......what exactly did you "fix"?

 

Swapped the Siege Prime head in so it's all blue plastic, instead of half plastic half painted blue. The inside area around the eyes on the Siege figure is painted silver, unlike the Earthrise figure. Painted the eyes a much lighter cartoon blue to make them stand out inside the blue head.

Painted that vent above the chest grill red. Painted the grill, waist and thighs white, and the grey parts on the boots blue to better match the cartoon. And I added the extra yellow detail on the waist that he was missing.

Also stripped the silver stripe off the cab, painted the area around the wheels of the trailer blue and I plan on printing out a better stripe for the trailer by making my own sticker for it.

Took a crack at Making Black Zarak.

 

I'd rather a leader/commander size Black Zarak to go with the other Destron generals, but I need that figure.

 

Wishing for copious amounts of gold chrome. That's one of the things I didn't like with the - better scaled - Maketoys one (funnily enough I thought Pandinus looked spectacular despite having no real interest in G1 Scorponok). But if Star Convoy and King Poseidon are any indication I needn't doubt.

 

THANK YOU. I thought I had missed out entirely on Rung, especially as the availability was so limited here in the UK and only places I've found selling him are crazy. I saw someone said he was getting a re-release in ER but I hadn't had it confirmed and was coming here to ask
