Yup, both the Legends scale WFC style one and the deluxe one were both rather lovely.

Just heard today that Hasbro aren't even attending the London toy fair again this year so nothing there, as usual.

No booth, just a couple of salespeople - just in case. Hasbro UK has retailer preview booths at their London offices specifically to stop leaks and increase the window for negotiations.

I'll be there tomorrow but yeah not much on as Mattel/LEGO are the same and most larger manufacturers booths are by invitation only.

Very much more a business trade show than NYTF.

If There's a preview article for NYTF this year, the earliest we might see it is right before February 9th (Winter Wonderfest).

It will most likely happen if the following is true.

1.) Takara Plans to showcase Earthrise or Studio series figures that haven't been officially Revealed yet.

2.) Hasbro wants to beat them to the punch (like last year) and reveal them via Preview articles.

Gotta get me to that Catz rumour thread and figure out who the most likely candidates for preview are. Scorponok (too soon? Probably not if he's a summer release) Sky Lynx, Doubledealer, Snapdragon, Arcee, Smokescreen were all hinted at, along with another Micro Combiner set. I'm expecting the Quintesson Judge and Alicon, and I'd be surprised if we didn't see some more Modulator action. Out of the things that Catz has teased, rather than leaked listings, is there anything I've missed?

scorponok will be at toyfair/in hasbros early preview stuff if past precedent is anything to go by. past few years they've had the pattern of a piece revealed at nycc and a full reveal of the titan at toy fair. id also say sky lynx (if he is indeed the commander) is a safe bet since jetfire was at toyfair last year as well

I think we could likely get another Leader shown other than Doubledealer too. There was another one who’s apparently very ‘Decepticony in colours’ which I took to mean likely purple, so my guess for that is Galvatron.

Then there’s 2 more with base modes, one based on RiD (I took this to be Fire Convoy) while another was a Japanese G1 exclusive which had a base mode (but confirmed not Star Saber), so maybe Sky Garry or Grandus? I can’t see them doing Dai Atlas or Star Convoy again so soon after their Takara exclusives. Galaxy Shuttle had a planned base mode for his toy, & he’d have been my pick for this line. Already Micromaster compatible, and you get another shuttle to go up against Astrotrain!

Otherwise other than what you listed maybe some Selects releases, probably a few more cars & yes, I’d bet my house on Scorponok being there. As Tigatron says, for the last few years (from Trypticon on?) we always got the Titans teased at NYCC & revealed at NY Toy Fair. The way to look at it is it’s the biggest toy fair/show of the year, and Hasbro will want to show off their flagship/biggest and boldest toys of the year off to retailers.

Odds are we'll see all of wave 2 and most of wave 3 of Earthrise at NY, Than Hasbro likes to save some figures (mostly Remolds and Repaints) for reveals at Australian Toyfair for the following week.

Example, trailbreaker seems like something that would be revealed at Australian Toyfair.
