its not a fake, thats earthrise prime and siege nemesis prime

 

Warden said at NYCC that they had to make a last-minute change in the sprues that required the hands, drone and leg panels to be on the same sprue as the gray pieces. Presumably something to do with mold costs/efficiency.

 

We better get several more figures like sound barrier! I have no idea why they went with repacking smashdown from siege in wave 1 with SB when they should have tossed in another "ramp-former"...

 

I actually thought repacking Smashdown was a great idea, since I keep seeing people saying that they can't find him anywhere.

In the wild? Never seen him on shelves before. Which is why, like everything else, I rely on online preorders. Brick and mortar is for the 'mabie' toys, like this new prime...

 

I suspect they'll be one Rampmaster per Battlemaster wave. I think they could get away with one straight repaint but down the road the others will need to do something different, maybe a ramp where you can attach others to the side.

I still prefer the shape of Siege Prime's crotch (Insert *oh my* joke here), but overall this version is MUCH nicer IMO.
