I have owned the IDW Classic reprints of the US and UK issues for a while now. I know the US issues by heart, but have only read the UK issues up to Target 2006.

After Target 2006, I'm wondering if I can just read straight through only the UK issues? Or does it make the story a lot better if I continue reading each US issue along with the UK issues in the order that they were released?

The whole tapestry is reading both, but you don't have to necessarily, especially if you know the US issues so well. You can dope out when and where stuff is happening. Just go enjoy the UK stuff.  

 

Thanks for the feedback. It's just kind of tough to keep going back and forth between the UK and US trade paperbacks in the right order. I think I'll eventually put in the effort to read through all the issues in order of release, even the US stuff I know already. It just seems like a big undertaking.

 

I just kept the wiki open on the story I was reading and after finishing, I'd click the arrow for the UK content and see what was next and keep going or switch books as needed. It isn't the most convenient but it works.
