I’m glad Shockwave is one of the featured bots this month because I could finally upgrade to him 5-Star on my team, so now I only need 5-Star Megatronus, G1 Megatron, and Cyclonus before my team is all 5-Star.

It’s an Easter egg, they’re quoting lyrics from Stan Bush’s “Dare” from the ‘86 movie.

 

Perhaps already mentioned, but I'm not reading back pages to determine if I'm right. This design looks like what we're likely to see when BB finally gets an Earthrise release. Very much based on the current Cliffjumper mold, which makes logical sense.

Neat design for Bumblebee, looks like the Classics toy put through an Alternator filter.

 

There were actually plans for an Alternators/Binaltech Bumblebee (Concept Art pictured below), but Volkswagen (at the time) said no because they didn’t want to be associated with “war toys”, as it was called.

 

looks like the artist used the EK9 Civic as a reference for the headlights and the C-West Civic bumper.

 

I wonder if the Earthrise or my guess Moonrise will have Bumblebee looking like this

Seriously, this is a Masterpiece Bumblebee figure that needs to happen.

 

This is what an MP Bee likely would've looked like, had they not gone so deeply into cartoon accuracy.

 

Honestly I really like this design for bee but in game he\'s abit too tall

I could care less about cartoon accuracy. What I liked about the Binaltech and Alternity Transformers, was that their alternate modes were based on contemporary automobiles. I, personally, would like to see some Masterpiece Transformers that can also turn into modern vehicles. This Bumblebee would be one of them.

 

Uh, yes it would've? If it was released under the MP line then it would've been a Masterpiece figure.

Unless you're trying some weird-cartoon MP gatekeeping thing in which case I point to the first eight figures and ask you to tell me they're as cartoon accurate as the ones you're getting now.
