I can think of a ton of more interesting repaints of other characters than this. sigh.

Great news, albeit getting a new map, new bot (first since Nemesis!) after the Lost Takara-Tomy License news is just plain weird.

Talk about mixed signals regarding the future of this game.

 

The story will be told the problem will be when the story is told.

Without a license it will be only reskins.

 

for the moment I could be happy with reskins, for a while. Id love to see a Paradron Medic, Id love to see the various sideswipe recolours. Id like to see a Delta Magnus. Skywarp, the welcoming committee, the rain makers. Stepper/ricochet , ratchet into Iron hide ( with a different head ). Buzzsaw from Waspinator, Nova Prime from Optimus.

THere is a lot of recolors I wouldnt mind seeing, more than this one, but again, at least its something new so I am grateful

 

Kabam actually does something to make us happy. Thanks last time we got a bot was last year.

 

Man, you guys gotta give it a rest.
If you lose a license, it's an immediate cease/desist scenario.
That's how licensing works.

No making "reskins", servers are shut down immediately.
Game/Product is killed with immediate effect.

What F2F is going thru is underdevelopment,
due to lack of player spend.
Kabam won't pour in resources to F2F, which simply isn't making money.
Hasbro (stupidly) won't advertise (the best Transformers game) due to lukewarm sales.

Which means Kabam/Hasbro is fulfilling their respective parts of a contract/licensing deal, which usually lasts between one or 3-5yrs.

So yes, Kabam made an awesome game. Hasbro didn't market it at all, and we killed it by not playing/spending enough.

Good... maybe Kabam can put some new bots in... the game has been dead for over a year now.

 

Well, new characters as in new models, they just came out with Necrotronus a few days ago. But yeah I know what you mean. Crazy hasbro doesnt do more to promote this. My boy wanted Bludgeon because of this game and so I bought the old movie version that is in the game. Its free advertising for them.
