Alright, I will have it up tommorow night because the wifi at my house is terrible. I'm using my phone right now because my wifi won't work with my laptop.
Change the date:
Transformers Evoltuion Premiers Sunday August 30.
Ok. I understand.
That was a good start.
As a reminder: Episode 2 is going to be released October 16'th.
The talking is a little muted by the music but other then that it's an interesting start.
I watched the first episode earlier and it looks really promising.
Thanks for the support! I'm working with Movie Maker (Microsoft), and their editing system is not the best. The next epsiode will definantly have a lower music volume though.
Also a little critism, the commercials aren't the most important. I think it's cool, but it's something that most stop motions don't have.
They're not very important but it's a fun little thing. Besides, I want to be unique. It's the same reason I'm not going to have the symbol swaps. I don't care for them and I like the scenes fading to black.
Ok. Guess it makes sense.
125 views in the first 24 hours! Thanks everyone who watched the episode!
It has promise, it really does. But there's a lot that can be improved, both mechanically and stylistically. Sling, its clear that you're willing to listen to criticism, so I think that with help, you've got a real winner on your hands.
There is a lot that can be improved. Most of the stop motion isn't as fluid as it should have been, and the music was overpowering the voice work.
Thanks for the support!
If you have any recommendations, please PM me. The more feedback the better!
I've just watched the first episode of your series, and I've got to say I'm very excited to see this series just get better, and better. One thing that really love is the music; it sounds really professional and sets the mood nicely. Also, bravo to all the voice actors in this, because their voices are just so awesome!
That all being said, I think that the actual stop motion should be a lot more fluid. Also, if the dialogue might need some tidying up here and there, and I think anyone of us on the forums (including myself) would be happy to help with revisions.
There aren't as many story driven stop motions still going on right now, so I'm really anxious to see this progress!
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the support! For my first real run with a stop motion, it was ok. I didn't speed the frames up as fast as I should have, so everything wasn't as fluid. Another problem was that I was shooting scenes by putting my phone on a TFCC timelines figure box, which was not a wise move. I'm going to work hard to make sure everything is fluid next time. Also, the music is really good. As you said, it helps give the mood of the scene.
I have the entire story set up from beginning to end, which I believe will help the series follow it's intended path, and not end up like Prime 2010 did.
Again, thank you so much for the support. Unfortunately because of school grades, I can't work on episode 2's stop motion part right now. I plan to begin next week as soon as I can.
