It seems like they might be having a flashback sequence with how OP & Mega are with GHOST but we shall seee. Tarantulas is a nice appearance & I support Grimlock being another genderbend ^^
Breakdown is also a nice surprise, we haven't seen him in a show for a while.

Also, this is an interesting minor detail that catches my eye~

 

Apparently Grimlock is being voiced by Keith David... so not quite.

Given how the trailer is put together I can see why someone would jump to that conclusion.

 

One that can stand on those legs like in the clip. That's such a cool look.

I rewatched the trailer for the 2nd half of season 1 and I'm still super hyped. Although 2 interesting things, I wonder what that cube is we see a lot of in the trailer, could possibly be the allspark.

Also Shockwaves voice sounds super familiar, it kinda sounds like Alan Tudyk.

 

While I'm mostly on-board with everything in the trailer, I can't say I'm too jazzed about the Allspark seemingly showing up as a primary macguffin yet again. I'm of the belief that as far as TF Macguffins go the Allspark is among the weakest (which makes sense when you realize it originated with the live action movies), and one of the only times we got an interesting take on it was in Animated.

I don't like that it's just seemingly the 'go-to' plot device nowadays.

 

Honestly while the allspark does seem to be a Cybertronian artifact that's a tad overdone, it still has room to be interesting and unique. For all we know it might not be the allspark.

Then again if it is, I have hope the Earthspark team will do something good with it, they've been doing a great job so far with making things unique, interesting and well written

Yeah.. really that's all I ask from the creatives: if you're gonna evoke the Allspark again do something interesting with it.

It seems he's set to be voiced by Alfie Allen.

Agreed, and that pretty much looks like the Allspark full-stop. I also just don't get how the Allspark fits in with what Earthspark's established already for itself. Like the Allspark makes Transformer life by bringing machines alive but we already have a means of new Transformers coming about through the Quintus Prime Hot Spots, which is a different reproduction method, but accomplishes the same thing. It feels redundant to just revert back to some old lore that was JUST the focal point of the previous show, even though the thing that this macguffin does is already accomplished by one of the mostly original things Earthspark has to offer.

The Allspark in the 07 movie was supposed to be the Creation Matrix anyway, until it became the Energon Cube, until it became The CUBE. The writers were able to come up with a story that didn't require a major macguffin for their first season, surely they can do the same for this one. I'm hoping they will at least, there are only so many conclusions that can be drawn from half a second of a scene.

Well, anyway, I'm really happy to see Tarantulas making an appearance in what has been a mostly competent show. Even if he does turn out to be like, Mandroid in an exo-suit or something.

 

I've seen Keith David on so many fancasts for Transformers VAs it's so surreal seeing him listed as working on an official product.

Given it appears to be in flashback sequences (Megs with a standard Con insignia and Bee as a Beetle), I'm predicting they'll do something similar to the '07 movie that the AllSpark was destroyed (maybe relating to why the Autobots/Decepticons are stranded on Earth) and that's why Optimus and Bee were interested in the Emberstone with the Terrans, it means they're species might not die out now.

 

can someone please link me back to the episode lists that were leaked for season 1? I want to go over them with the new information from the pt2 trailer.
