Apparently the G1 Marvel comics and the IDW1 continuity take place within earth-91274 and earth-7642 respectively.
Could this mean there are other realities within Marvel that have cybertronians or am I over thinking it?

That's interesting. I never knew the Marvel Transformers universe has a universal designation. Interesting stuff.

Yeah. That's kind of the whole schtick of the Marvel alt-universe thing. Like Transformers, everything is canon. Just "in another universe". If Marvel ever crosses over with TFs again in a different continuity, it'll be another Marvel alt universe number.

Seeing how the Sam Ramini trilogy is one of the earths, the Spider-Man of that universe could just enter the MCU if he felt like it.
Kinda neat every piece of Marvel media is canon, with their own unique universe.

Alt-universe Marvel has been going on since way-back. Like early What Ifs from the 70's/80's. I'm pretty sure it's one of the inspirations for how Transformers fans ended up organizing the TF Universes/continuities.

They were going to put TF in 616 (hence Spider-Man and the Savage Land in the first 4 issues), but their war (and G. I. Joe) was deemed to have been too disruptive to the main continuity.

Still, if they’d kept them in 616, we might’ve seen Thanos come after the Matrix as an Infinity Gem.

Alot of characters from other companies lived within earth-616 such as Godzilla. But they were either killed off or phased out of the universe after Marvel lost the licensing rights.
The Transformers could live in a world identical to earth-616 based on the characters and concepts from that universe, so we can assume characters like the Avengers and X-Men live there.

IDW1 being in Earth-7642 is pure fanon done for "neatness" and doesn't take into account the fact that the New Avengers crossover was with IDW's core universe. It probably shouldn't be taken as fact.

It could take place in a universe similar to the IDW1 continuity, but it's still canon within Marvel's universe designations.

The UK universe takes place in Earth-120185
    Earth-120185

Death's Head is from Earth-Trn234 (which is a temporary number, as Death's Head native universe as of right now was never given an official universe designation by Marvel.) This same Death's Head is the same character from the UK comic, his first ongoing series, his times spent with the other heroes in earth-616, and his limited series in 2019 when he travelled to earth-616.
