VIPs got theirs with the monthly gifts this month. They combined the vip monthly and the Christmas gifts this year. They said it, in Discord, after they released it.

 

Meh. Thought it was a G1 gold core, apparently not, but at least I got a bronze Bludgeon and a silver Brawl core (I really wanted Tantrum's, but oh well).

 

I decided to treat myself to ONE winter bundle, since I just chased 4* Motormaster last week. Holy crap! I was down to only 7 missing 3* bots and yet I got 3* Rodimus Unicronus, Nemesis Prime, and Skrapnel. I also got the 4* Mallus I needed, a dupe of him for some 5* shards, and completed a 4* crystal which landed me a 4* Lockdown.

I also got a silver g1 brawl core, silver g1 razerclaw core, and silver bludgeon core. Oh, and a gold enhanced ordinance. If I'd have gotten the damned 4* Waspinator, I'd have have put that on him.

I didn't pic the skrapnel one since I already have the 4* of him . Lol

 

Having read your post I decided to treat myself to ONE ten crystal bundle. It's Christmas so I can ignore my promise from last time not to buy bundles anymore, right? LOL

And so I got dupe, dupe, dupe, dupe and dupe and more dupe. Those 3* shard from 2* dupes were enough to complete a 3* crystal. And because I miss only 20 more of 3* bots so the game gave me a dupe. Just like on Friday when the even started and I completed a 3* crystal.
What I always find most irritating is that the character crystals don't even give the character in 2* form. Four Tigerchicken and four Inferno crystals, not one of them inside.

Now I wish I had rather bought some coins to speed up training. Well, luck is an evasive thing.

 

Same exact thing here. I'm missing 20 3* as well. And only have one combiner.

Can't complain too much though. I've started to spread out spending instead of dumping a lot chasing one but. From my recent experience and my ongoing experiment I've got 2 4* in a month by buying one $10 a week. Conversely, I got 0 new bots chasing bundles during Thanksgiving at over $70 in.

 

I had a heck of a drought right before buying that bundle, that's probably why I fared so well
