decided to redo my ark display pretty much from scratch. decided it's set sometime between season 2 and the movie just to make something with a little more verticality and interesting features. it will eventually have a lit up vulcano pit, lit up power lines, a med bay visible in the ark and a dinobot hang out under the space bridge. i have an old backdrop from toyhax i was using forever but i think I'm going to set a distant shot of autobot city in the background to round out my head cannon for this

What scale will this be in. Looks like a lot of key features being installed.

Man this isn't even fully extended but the Extreme Sets Command Center really fits a lot in there.

(Custom Optimus by @Idarmed by the way)

Figured this is the best place to ask..

Anyone know off hand if 1/6th scale drinking glasses will work with Masterpiece scale figures? I'm thinking of working on a "Swerve's" style drinking lounge for my MP's down time.

Depends on who you want to hold the glass. Most carbots are around 1/12 (6inch) scale, give or take.

Thanks. Would MP-10, and 36, be closer to 1/6, or somewhere in between?

I meant to post this a few days ago. What I'm using here are 1/6 Starbucks drinks. Shown for size are various sized bots. This should help you chose drinks for Swerve's Bar. Obviously, Prime and Skywarp can get away with 1/6 drinks while Sunstreaker, BB and Ravage will need a 1/12 drink.

From any site that sales 1/6 items. Ebay is probably the easiest place to find what you’re looking for. As far as 1/12 stuff, Dollhouse scaled items are probably closer to it unless it’s a dedicated 1/12 item. But check Ebay first. That will at least give you an idea of what you’re looking for.

I whipped up this foam shelf thinking I’d be able to display my bots in a cool battle scene. Only…..I can only fit a fraction of what I had planned here! Lol they take up SO much room! Gonna need 8 more of these shelves.

You may also want to check Aliexpress to compare prices. Shipping takes a few weeks, but sometimes Ali is crazy cheap. If you've never used Aliexpress, then maybe a $3.99 doll prop plus $2.00 shipping would be a good way to test the waters.

A now largely forgotten reason for the Great War... Megatron was jealous that Trailbreaker was always the better gamer.

What really pushed Megatron over the edge though, was how often Trailbreaker was there to bust his chops over minor screw-ups.

I decided to play around with making different sized energon cubes. Wood blocks painted with flourescent pink paint. The little wood blocks will be individual cubes like Megatron threw at Starscream or Mirage planting on the Insecticons “Traitor.”

Looking great! I love the smoke coming out of Meg’s fusion cannon. How did you make that?!

Also, your BW diorama is amazing. Really inspiring me to do something similar.

Seconded, that is darned spiffing! Painted hot glue gun glue with a wire core perchance?
