Getting a good look at this guy shows that this is one awesome little Starscream! Throw that Mechtech junk in the trash and you are left with one cool figure! Great review Peaugh, thank you sir!

Great review. The next best thing to the Leader Class. The two Voyagers have become obsolete.

 

Ok actually that is a pretty neat little screamer! Maybe they'll repaint it into skywarp and thundercracker.

 

He looks like a sumo wrestler. Is there anyway to make his legs more straight? The weapons sucks. Hope a "3rd Party" will make a new version of his Null Ray.

Hey! I just noticed he has his back thrusters molded onto the bottoms of his wings! Finally, we get a Starscream with his jetpack!

 

Has hasbro taken some sort of ethical stance against wrist articulation/fists with standard peg-holes with the movie lines? Why do all of the 'cons and most of the 'bots have to have open palms and arms with palms facing up?

Nice review. As expected, that figure looks much better with good lighting, which helps to highlight the contrast between the grey body and gold/brown diaper -- the latter clearly meant to recede and not be noticeable. If the dark grey collarbones were the same color as the rest of the body, I think it would dramatically help to frame out his chest and pull the figure together.

 

Very awesome, Peaugh! I like him better now that i've seen the official review of this neat little deluxe. Yesss. Bought x2.  

 

Damn you, Peaugh. Now I want this SS... Just kidding. Nice review and nicer figure than expected. DotM is sucking less than before.

when i first saw this guy in robot mode with those awesome mechtech weapon's, i instantly thought "i'm getting that". This review just makes me want it more!

Thank you for the review. He does look better with the review, but I still have a hard time getting over the Turd Tech colors. And is the same plastic that is used for the weapon the same color/plastic as his "crotch piece?"
