The Transformers: The Complete Original Series - DVD | Shout! Factory
Apparently, the link doesn’t work. However, I have seen the listing on TVShowsOnDVD’s Facebook page. I believe you!
It works now. I see what i did wrong.
I’m really hoping for a blu ray release of this and the Japanese series sometime.
I'm really hoping for Transformers complete series of 2001 & 2015 RID & Rescue Bots. Not something that has come out. There are other Transformers cartoons that need complete series sets. I Hope there's something new about this set. New toy commercials or something.
Yeah, I got season 1 of 2015 RID, and I'm still waiting for the rest.
I really wish they'd put these on Blu-ray since I have the Rhino sets, but i think I'll pick this up as a spare.
I wish they would release it on iTunes.
It is available in some countries, but not in the US.
Same with Beast Wars.
If anyone is ever at a convention, and can ask Hasbro why they don't release it on iTunes, I would really appreciate it.
I don't see why it's the same dvd set again. When there's 3 other Transformers series that don't have complete series sets.
Well, I’ve had my sets for a long time and just want to have an extra set in case they get scratched or broken.
I completely agree. Either Amazon or Google has season one, but I'd like all of it. Tubi Tv isn't going to have it forever.
They were available direct from Hasbro Studios on Vimeo for a few years. You can also download them which is better than iTunes IMO.
I'll admit its nice that Tubi TV has transformers but commercials i know is a must. Though they can be somewhat annoying other times.
These are the ones with the covers that kind of make a pull-back image? Volume 1 is Optimus and Megatron, Volume 2 has them in the background with Devastator in the foreground, and Volume 3 has him in the background with (I can't remember who) in the foreground?
4k or gtfo.
Isn't this the exact same DVD that's been available for years? It's been consistently available on Amazon, so what's the big deal?
I would love to see your reaction to what a 4k transfer of a magnetic tape mastered TV series would actually look like. This isn't film that can be scanned into higher res.
Kinda hard to try and have a complete set when only season one has been released.
Did they have those early, incomplete film prints for every episode? If so, even with the errors, I wouldn't mind seeing an HD scan of those.
