It's quite interesting how Optimus has OT's self elements (aka 2007), like the bits under his arm, the connection of the shoulders (see Red Goblin's drawing), and some other random bits on his legs.

Well, I'm liking these designs... looking forward to seeing what Hasbro/Takara do with them when it comes time to release movie masterpieces... OP looks really awesome...

Looks like Blitzwing is not a triple changer.

Yeah, why even try at all...Right?

Also, there is a difference in making something 'realistic' and making something 'believable'. First, I'ma throw out your midichlorians example, cause it doesn't apply. Second, nothing in most scifi is realistic, but if you can make it feel believable within the rules of it's own universe, then it works. My point being that trying to say this is the same universe as the Bay movies isn't even the slightest bit believable.

How do you know it's Starscream? It's the exact same design as Blitzwing, except that Blitzwing is using an Earth mode:

    ss-bw.jpg

It sure *looks* like Starscream - exactly like Blitzwing. :)  Of course I'm hoping that is Starscream - maybe Blitzwing is a ruse, or he's a seeker clone that looks the same as Starscream, but at this point we don't know whether the Cybertronian is Starscream or Blitzwing in flashback.

So I guess the stuff 2001 A Space Odyssey hypothesised in the 1960s is a lie.

The possibility of androids/replicants in movies like Blade Runner or Ex-Machina is just something we can ignore.

Sci-fi is far more complicated than being spectacle. It also has the possibility in exploring our future.

Really who cares what universe this Bumblebee is in at the moment? Deadpool sure as hell doesn't care, the moment he shows up in the suit and ditches his Baraka cosplay.

Nice cheery pic. Nevermind the fact I said: "nothing in Most scifi is realistic."

And really...Deadpool? A character made popular for being a complete joke.

Wasn’t Soundwave a satelite floating in space at that point too?

I think this film ignores the tie-in comics. Not even the Bay films seemed to acknowledge their existence IIRC.

I never thought, I would be interested in watching this movie, but my opinions are changing with each new trailer. Even if the acting is crap and there is a sub-par storyline, the Tfs finally look like tfs. Hopefully Hasbro and takara releases a quality toy line (prefer masterpiece) as the tfs look great from the trailers

One could almost say the same of the Bay movies given public perception of them.

I still don't know why anybody cares about the continuity to the Bay movies. They had no continuity, who cares if this movies changes things? Every change so far has been for the better.

We will most likely see Voyager Blitzwing as a Jet only. Just hope now they will make Deluxe Shatter and Deluxe Dropkick into cars.
