It could be a glitch or not confirmed but AMC theater has listed the runtime for the bumblebee movie and the run time seems to be 1hr and 54 mins

If that's true this would be the shortest tf live action movie... Which is a shame (if true) since I want it to be at least 2 hours and 20 minutes long.

An hour and 54 minutes is a good runtime. If the credits are ten minutes, that means the movie itself will probably end up being closer to and hour and 45 minutes. I've said it before, but I prefer shorter movies. I think very few movies need to exceed that length, and even the ones that do generally aren't as rewatchable. I think the Lord of the Rings are amazing movies, but I can only watch those every few years, and sometimes in chunks. Movies that are around 90 minutes I can watch again and again.

    I agree!

Actually, on days I go see a movie (at least a movie I really care about), I make sure I don't drink anything a few hours before I go. Afterwards me and my friends usually go to a restaurant, and I'm always super thirsty, lol.

LOL. This is me right here. While most theaters in my country give bathroom breaks, our best chain of theaters has this 'Uninterrupted Movie Experience'. I don't drink anything at all before and during the movie. Even if I do, it'll be during the last act.

Don’t mind the shorter time, so, quality over quantity. Anwyays, any word on when tickets will become available? I’m assuming they’ll be available later this week or maybe next, since we got a rating and runtime the tickets usually go available after that.

One of the biggest complaints against the latter Bay-direct movies that I've seen was that the movies dragged on longer than they should have. These movies usually culminated in messy and confusing plots with sections that could have been edited out.

This along with the lack of toilet humor brings promise.

At an 1 hour and 54 min, if that's all movie not credits I'd still just stay home and wait for direct to streaming service.
That's just too short to really justify the expenses that go along with it when you dont get a reduced ticket price for less movie.
Getting ready, travel, eating before during or after and the sitting in the theater waiting for it to start......... I dont want to feel like I just walked in and walked back out again.
If it's not long enough starts to feel like i spent most of my time at concession then a blank screen and trailer's and the one thing I actually came for is over before it got started.

That's a good runtime. Especially after the last couple films were full of bloat.

Yeah, Aquaman and Mary Poppins tickets are already up. I'm guessing we'll be seeing Bumblebee very soon. Perhaps they're waiting to move the release date a week back?

Ah yes, I too spend lots of money and 2 hours at the concession stand. If this is your argument, you probably shouldn't watch a lot of kid's movies, which this is. They're usually around 2 hours, which is a reasonable time.

Not a glitch or fake. Just contacted theater chains in my country and they also report the same. 1 hour and 54 minutes.

Even the first 2 Star Wars movies were only few minutes longer than this running time. Approx 2 hours or less used to be the norm even for action/sci-fi movies.

Well, that\'s a little disheartening. I was hoping for two plus hours.

Hopefully this means more sessions and thereby more revenue.
