Great news about the Bee movie. Haven't seen it, but it sounds like they fixed most of the issues people had with the Bay films. Hopefully they hold the current course.

I assume the Studio Series and Seige line helped for quarter 4, I cant imagine POTP or Cyberverse did that.

Nice to see Hasbro acknowledges what the BB movie did right, hopefully they use it as a stepping rather than taking a huge fucking leap.

Can you imagine how they would do if they made a good film featuring at least an hour (not a couple mins) of actual TransFormers on the screen with characterization beyond baby eyes or evil for the sake of evil? They can't, but we can. Because we have to imagine.

Aside from some decent figures like the Dinobots, Jazz, and Elita One, PotP was kind of a disaster.

Can you imagine how amazing these threads would be if, at least for an hour (not a couple of minutes) we got to have actual conversation about the Transformers movies beyond your conspiracy theories and hyperbole? You can’t, but we can. Because we have to imagine.

It was obvious the line was getting rushed and I hated how they reintroduced the combine gimmick rather than something new or just not doing a gimmick at all. Hopefully, we’ll get the Dinobots again at some point in the WFC Trilogy. The POTP Dinobots didn’t really do it for me.

Hopefully Bumblebee was a wake up call that people want to see more movies like Bumblebee with good characterizations and designs that are modernized, but still faithful to past source material. And when they say "films", hopefully that means they're actually trying to build some legitimate continuity between the new set of film.

Multiple movies is exactly what DiBonaventura had said too. With mentioning currently 3 on the slate in working stages. Animated Film, Prime movie, and next big film. And tentatively a Bumblebee sequel that's only loosely being discussed currently.

Same as I had said too. So not sure how that's a surprise as it's a reiteration by literally everyone that does actively work on the films at Paramount and Hasbro.

Glad to see everything else confirmed too. *Yawn.*

Though the data reporting on this conference call seems definitely lacking in comparison to previous years.

No official confirmation on the reboot/prequel thing huh? I guess we’ll hear something at Toy Fair next week.

If they're aligning the launch of their new online store with ToyFair, I wonder if that'll include some kind of exclusive figure similar to Arcee and Grotusque.

Why would they talk about movie plans at ToyFair?

Wouldn't that be more about Studio Series and future plans related to movies?

I mean maybe who knows. But wasn’t it at Toy Fair last year when they announced movie plans, or was it at something else that I’m not thinking of?

Nice to know there are multiple new movies in production. I can't wait to hear more about them.
