Wait is the collectors edition still available?
but someone said this limited edition collectors thing doesnt come with special features or the special features are only in 3d???
I don't have 3d but I do have blu ray am I good?
It's on the blu-ray disc (disc 2 or 3 depending on how you look at it) So a regular blu-ray player will play the special features. I think what people say and other people get confused on are that the special features are only included in the blu-ray 3D set and trilogy set. Meaning the special features are blu-ray but only in these sets. Hope i helped
Nice Canadian tuxedo there Bay.
What a denim-Dan dumbass.....
Anyone else think it looks like Optimus is getting ready to punch Bay in the head?
That huge special edition looks awesome, but as someone pointed out, it won't be a complete set if they make more movies, so I won't be getting it. Plus I wouldn't have enough space for it, and it's expensive.
I'll be getting the regular 4-disc 3-D bluray one. Give the DVD to my girlfriend's brother, and use the bluray til I get a 3-D TV probably late this year or early next year. Perfect for me!
Well obiously the Trilogy set was Planned and made before Hasbro wanted Bay to make tf4 (of course if bays make it)
I totally want this. Too many expensive things coming out!
I'm never going to buy any box set of anything ever again because there's always a chance someone could make another movie 53 years from now at which point the boxset (which I will have by then passed on to my children) will be obsolete.
This. I always have that problem with box sets/multi-movie collector packs and whatnot. Not so much anymore, as I've become savvy to the way they do things, but a few years ago I would've fallen for it. That's why I just buy each movie individually. All three Transformers separately, just in case winter 2014 is when whatever other Transformers movie comes out or something. Then I just put it right after DotM. No worrying about the trilogy box set with the fourth sitting by itself and feeling lonely.
Plus, I think the box for this is pretty unwieldy. It would be a pain-and-a-half to store. It isn't going to fit on your shelf between Trainspotting and Tron, that's for sure. I don't know where you'd keep it other than on the top of its very own table, like in the video.
For the Trilogy box, is the 10 hour of special features includes the same extras that came with the TF1 and ROTF individual sets? So the bonus from those two movies are not new. Right?
He's keeping Optimus (dang!! Please sell him to me??!?!?!) and "5000 signatures"
Preordered as usual.
darn it doesn't come with that giant optimus statue?
I have all three movies but for some reason i had to order it. (found it a littler cheaper here)
Walmart.com: Transformers Trilogy: Transformers / Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen / Transformers: Dark Of The Moon (Blu-ray) (Widescreen): Blu-ray
looks like optimus in the background is getting ready to punch him.
awesome set as well
The Fonz has spoken.
I find by getting the non-3D blu rays, I can happily give away the DVD copy to my mum for her to have while I keep the rest of it. Its a singular arrangement but I've heard of worse options.
You guys should post on Amazon that you found a lower price. Hoping amazon will match this! Since theres only 5000 I dont really want to cancel my preorder in case these last orders are cancelled. I find it hard to believe 5000 haven't been sold yet.
