Any time friend. Just a small update on part 4. It's about 28% finished. The delay is because of my stupid play. In the meantime I have another interactive question. Seeing that we haven't met everyone yet, who are you looking forward to seeing the most?

Decepticons: Splicer, Mysterious 'Con Trio and Waspinator

 

Gotta be the mystery characters for sure. Every Transformers story should have some characters you don't expect.

 

Agreed. Such a shame the cartoons don't do that. Heck, at least the movies did it.

 

Ok quick update on part 4. It is about halfway or a little more than halfway through completion. In others news Age of Extinction and Prime has inspired me so much that I'm deciding to go from a 13 adventure series to a 14 adventure series. But this new story when it eventually goes into production will be much shorter than the rest, but it does have a unique story and it helps lead in to the sequels after that. It will also feature a new original character that you will go nuts for. But for now I will continue working on part 4. We got some nasty fights this time so get ready!

 

Splicer sounds interesting to me it will be interesting to see what kind of character he is.

 

Here is part 4: Where Were We?

Ratchet comes online injured and confused. The darkness doesn’t help his situation either. The good doctor constantly struggles for a light, when suddenly he remembers that he has a small flashlight that he keeps in his back. With luck he finds a scanner and sends it out to save his friends. After the scanner scours the area for any vehicles, the rest of the Autobots come back online and exit The Ark to explore this strange new world.

Ironhide: “Where are we?”

Jazz: “This place is funky.”

Longarm: “Is the whole planet like this?

Cliff: “What a dump!”

Prowl then goes behind Sideswipe and hits him in the back of the head.

Side: (wincing in pain) “Ow! What was that for?”

Prowl: “Eat my Energon-O’s will you?”

Side: “I said I was sorry!”

Prowl: “Sorry can’t bring my cereal back.”

Side: “Or your likeability.”

Jazz: “ Oh he got you good Prowl.”

Prime: “Autobots, we have landed in an unknown planet. If there is life here, then no doubt Megatron is announcing his existence this very moment. We must stop him no matter the cost. Wheeljack, do you think you can reactivate Teletran-1?”

Wheel: “I’m your crackpot scientist Optimus, of course I can fix him!”

After about 15 minutes of tinkering with the wiring and circuitry, Wheeljack finally reactivates Teletran-1, the Autobot’s supercomputer.

Prime: “It is paramount that we locate Megatron and the Decepticons. Teletran-1, locate any Decepticon frequencies you can find."

Within minutes they locate Soundwave heading to the rig and Megatron heading to the dam.

Prime: “I will handle Megatron myself, this ends here. Prowl, take Sideswipe and Bumblebee with you to take out Soundwave.”

Prowl: “You got it Optimus, I can use Sideswipe to eat Soundwave’s Energon-O’s.”

Side: “Seriously?!

Bee: “But how are we going to get there?”

Prowl surveys The inside of The Ark and has an idea.

Prowl: “I have an idea, we’re going to fly there.”

Bee: “But we can’t fly….. we aren’t Aerialbots.

Prowl: “True, but we won’t be flying by conventional standards. Seeing that the ground bridge is going to be dropping us off about a kilometer away, we will use explosives to fly us to our location. “

Side: (frightened) “But we’ll die!

Prowl: “I got that covered too, we need the right distance and shot to make it work. You know I’m the only one capable of doing the job correctly. “

Bee: (sarcastically) “That sure makes us feel better.”

Ironhide: “Are you sure you want to go alone Optimus?”

Prime: “I’m sure Ironhide. If anything happened to any of you because of Megatron, then I could never forgive myself.”

Hubcap: “What about the rest of us Optimus?”

Prime: "I need the rest of you to help Wheeljack to repair the rest of the functions.”

Ratchet: “Consider it done.”

Back at what is left of the base, Ace finally lands on the ground to witness the destruction that was caused by the Decepticons. He panics and finds that everyone is dead. To his relief he finds that Alan and Tyrone are the only other survivors of the wreckage. The two begin to explain what had happen, much to Ace’s disbelief.

Meanwhile Ron, Spike, and Chip arrive at the new oil rig. It is quite the feat, being 5 times larger than any other of its kind. It is so large than it is filled with several stretches of open space, cranes and highly explosive oil tanks.

Ron: “Well here we are, this is where the magic happens. “

Spike: “Dad, can I speak to you for a minute?”

Ron: “Yeah what’s up?”

Spike: “Why do you love Chip more than me?”

Ron: (shocked) “What? Oh Spike I’m so sorry you felt like that. I was just grateful for the help he’s done to our family. I don’t love him more, I only go hard on you because I want you to be the best man you can be. I know there this something out there for you, I don’t know what, but it will transform your life. I love you Spike.”

Spike: (emotional) “Oh dad.”

(Hugs)

Ron: “How about I get you guys some ice cream and later…. what the hell is that?”

The trio notices a mysterious object flying high and the sky, and heading straight towards them. It is Soundwave flying at a blinding speed ready to cause destruction the Decepticon way. Meanwhile at the dam Megatron and Ravage arrive to cause a massive flood in the area.

Megatron: (appalled) “This planet is far more primitive than I anticipated. Back on Cybertron we didn’t need these for billions of years.” I don’t think this planet is even worth conquering at this point, no it should be eradicated of all life. Ravage, how about you get yourself some new chew toys.”

Ravage leaps down and attacks the nearby humans, shaking them around like ragdolls. Megatron is amused as he sees his loyal quasi pet is making himself at home at the human’s expense. This is short lived however when Ravage’s ears start to twitch. The panther begins growling ferociously at an unknown object driving toward them. The confused Megatron turns around and sees a truck driving towards the dam. The truck transforms and reveals himself to be his old nemesis Optimus Prime.

Prime: “It ends here Megatron. Today your reign of terror is over.”

Megatron: (amused) “Such heroic nonsense. I grow bored of this never ending story. Prepare yourself Optimus, because you will not survive this encounter.”

Megatron and Optimus charge forward at each other while Ravage activates his cloaking device for a more strategic purposes. Megatron lands the first blow with a wicked punch to Prime’s left cheek. Optimus reels back and begins to lay on the offensive. Megatron’s superior experience as a warrior begins to show as he parries and dodges each attack. His response to Prime’s attacks is a kick to his chest. Optimus doesn't relent and begins to get more aggressive. Megatron begins to have an increasing difficulty with defending himself from his enemy’s attacks. It becomes too much when Optimus finally lands a hard punch on the left side on Megatron’s face. This is met with an even harder punch on his right side. Then Prime uses a wicked uppercut, followed by thrustings both of his arms back making an epic double punch/ shove. Optimus then picks up Megatron and throws him to the very top of the dam.

Meanwhile, Soundwave lands at the rig and begins blasting away at everything. He then deploys Rumble, Frenzy’s blue and dedicated brother. He uses his piledriving cannons to shoot at the structures. At that moment a groundbridge opens up in the sky a kilometer away containing Prowl, Sideswipe, Bumblebee, and some explosive material.

Bee: “Are you sure this is going to work?

Prowl: “Well I am the only one who can pull this off.”

Bee: (sarcastically) “You sure know how to to make us feel better Prowl.”

With the power of Prowl’s aim or the power of the plot, a well timed shot causes a huge explosion that blasts the trio to the center of the rig. Prowl sticks a perfect land while Bumblebee and Sideswipe fall flat on their faces.

Prowl: (annoyed) “Get up you lazy bums, we have work to do!”

Side: (dizzy) “Ok… I think I’m gonna hurl!”

Soundwave: “Prowl, I see you came to die early.”

Rumble: “If on Decepticon turf you happen to stumble, watch out Autobot because here comes Rumble!”

Just then another groundbridge opens up with Fearswoop exiting with extreme haste. The Decepticon land next to Soundwave and can’t hold back his excitement.

Soundwave: “What are you doing here Fearswoop?”

Fear: (gleefully) “When I heard that the place you were going to had explosives, my pleasure circuits kept sizzling with delight!”

Terra: (over the comm link) “Where did you go Fearswoop?”

Fear: “I wanted to cause ,more explosions my friend.”

Terra: “I see your obsession with the flames can never be quelled, good luck my dear friend.”

Prowl: “Ok here is the plan, Bee you take Rumble, Sideswipe you get Fearswoop, and I’ll take Soundwave.”

So the battle begins on the rig. Bumblebee and Rumble square off. Bumblebee quickly asserts his dominance as he lands punch after punch. Rumble tries to shoot him, but Bee’s speed lets him do a quick turn and blasts him with his plasma cannon. Bumblebee then proceeds to give Rumble a flying kick to the face that knocks him down. Meanwhile Sideswipe and Fearswoop fire at each other with neither gaining an advantage.

Fear: “From 1 to 10 on the ready to die scale, what are you.?”

Side: (cocky) “10 on the not ready to-”

Fear: “That’s all I needed to hear (activates flamethrowers) BURN!”

Side: (running) “Why couldn’t you just let me finish!?”

Prowl continues firing at Soundwave, but his shots simply bounce off the massive Deception.”

Soundwave: “Prowl, you and your Autobots face Extinction. Surrender now so your death my be swift.”

Prowl: “Go frag yourself you outdated tin can!”

Back at the dam, Optimus climbs to the top of the dam to continue his battle with Megatron.

Megatron: (getting up) “It’s nice to know that all this time hasn’t made you that weak Optimus.”

Prime: “You of all people should know not to underestimate me Megatron.”

Megatron: “Indeed, but I won’t be holding back anymore.”

Megatron changes his cannons form to make a custom built energon mace. Prime draws his swords and the two begin to clash. The mace proves difficult to block, and the end result is a huge blow to Prime’s chest. Optimus clutches his chest and then charges at Megatron. He stabs him in the left shoulder and then breaks his fusion cannon, along with the mace. Megatron still has an ace up his sleeve when he reveals his hidden sword inside the fusion cannon. Optimus gets brutally stabbed in the leg and begins to fall over. Optimus isn't through, and tackles Megatron. The two then roll down the side of the dam in a very aggressive manner. Megatron gets up and tries to stab Prime, but is very unsuccessful. His failures leads to his blade getting stuck in the wall. Optimus punches him so hard that the blade breaks off from the wall. Optimus has had it and begins to brutally beat him to death.

At the rig Rumble finally lands a sucker punch with his piledrivers to Bumblebee’s face. He then picks up the Autobot and throws him across the rig.

Bee: “I need help Sideswipe, how about we switch?”

Side: “Sure!”

Sideswipe then drifts and then uses the wheel on his foot to kick Rumble a good distance. Bumblebee fires his missiles at Fearswoop, which do decent damage to him. Meanwhile Soundwave swats Prowl like an annoying insect, which puts him near some explosives. At the same time the humans struggle to find a safe spot during the battle, and take refuge in one of the offices.

As Optimus continues to lay the hurt on Megatron, he forgets that Ravage was present at the beginning of the battle. Ravage goes behind Optimus and begins shooting him with his lasers and missiles. while they aren’t that powerful, it does buy Megatron enough time to kick Optimus off of him. Optimus grabs the small Decepticon and throws him into his leader.

Megatron: “Until next time Optimus. Frenzy, open up a groundbridge.”

Optimus: (puzzled) “Frenzy?”

The failures of Fearswoop and Ruble annoy Soundwave, and he orders Rumble to destroy the rig with his piledrivers.

Rumble: “Its about time I caused some more quakes!”

Prowl: “Oh no you don’t!”

Prowl shoots down Rumble and then throws an explosive at Soundwave and then shoots, and the explosion damages Soundwave. Prowl climbs to the top of one of the cranes and uses it to swing down like Tarzan. In the heat of the battle he shots a single shot, and in slow motion we see it travel to the throat of an unsuspecting Soundwave.

Soundwave: “Soundwave superior, Autobots in- (shot) ack! (cough) Rumble (cough) destroy this place- ack!”

Rumble: “You got it Soundwave, you better get back to base Fearswoop.”

Fear: (sad) “ Awww...ok.”

Prowl: “That ought to shut him up.”

Bee: “Great shot Prowl!”

Prowl: “Thanks, now let rescue these civilians- whoa!”

Thanks to Rumble’s incredible powers, he cracks the rig in half, and it begins to cave in on itself.

Side: “There’s no where for you to go Rumble, I know you can’t fly.”

Rumble: “Wow you are really stupid, even more than me!”

Side: “What did you say?”

Rumble: “Ummm it’s only us here, so I don’t know why you would ask that.”

Side: "That was a rhetorical question.”

Rumble: “Well that’s stupid.”

Side: “You’re stupid!”

Rumble: “You’re stupid!”

Side: “No you’re stupid!”

Rumble: “Ok I’m so out of here.”

Side: “You can’t fly.”

Rumble: “Watch this.”

Rumble begins to transform, revealing himself to be a triple changer. His third mode is a flying saucer. rumble then flies away with the other Decepticons into the groundbridge.

Side: “Huh…. didn’t see that coming.”

The three Autobots scramble to save as many humans as possible, and with good luck on their side they manage to save everyone. As the three prepare to leave, Spike, Ron, and Chip chip wash ashore. Spike gets up and gets Bumblebee’s attention.

Spike: “Where do you think you’re going?”

Bee: (confused) “Umm home… kinda.”

Spike: “And you weren’t going to introduce yourself to us?”

Bee: "Uhhh ok, I’m Bumblebee.”

Spike: “I’m Spike, the big guy is my dad, and that’s my friend Chip.”

Chip: “How do ya do?”

Side: “I like these guys!”

Prowl: (walking over) “You guys are breaking protocol so bad right now!”

Ron: “Protocol? Are you serious?”

Prowl (sternly) “Yes protocol.”

Ron: “Listen hardass, you guys just wrecked our rig and just battled other robots, so you owe us an explanation.”

Prowl: -sigh- “Look, we are from another world and our ship crashed on your planet. We also happened to bring our hated enemies on your front door. I’m really sorry that you are a part of this, so yeah we got to go now.”

Spike: “Well maybe we can help you settle in here.”

Bee: “Great idea! Can we Prowl? Please?!”

Prowl: - sigh- “Fine, but Optimus and Ratchet are not going to like this."

Bee and Side: “Alright!” (high five)

Chip: “So how are we going to get there?”

The Autobot’s transform into their respective vehicle modes, much to the astonishment of the humans. Spike and Ron go in Bumblebee and Chip goes in Sideswipe. A groundbridge opens and sends them on their way. Back at the Decepticon HQ a battered Megatron returns with Ravage and learns of his friends condition.

Scream: (sarcastically) “Oh how unfortunate it is to see you and Soundwave so hurt.”

Frenzy: “What happened to you Megatron?”

Megatron “It was Optimus.”

Starscream begins to laugh hysterically. The enraged Megatron proceeds to deck the seeker for his stupidity. Thundercracker and Terradive begins to laugh at Starscream’s suffering, with Fearswoop curled up in a corner.

Rumble: “While the doctor is helping Soundwave, I want my hands on Prime so I can kick his tailpipe.”

Payload: “Will Soundwave be ok?”

Skywarp: “Who knows, but I know our medic is a miracle worker.”

Terra: “Why are you curled up like that Fearswoop?”

Fear: (quivering) “So….many…. explosions.”

Terra: “You probably should let us go on more missions so you can calm yourself.”

Fear: “Ok.”

Megatron: “For now we will stay here and adapt to our new environment, and then the next part of my plan shall proceed.”

Frenzy: “Sounds like a plan.”

Thunder: (to himself) “Yeah, a boring one.”

Back at The Ark, the others return and are greeted by the rest of the group. Hubcap and Optimus are the first to arrive. The humans begin to succumb to heavy motion sickness and begin to hurl intensely.

Hubcap: (confused) “Is this their version of the universal greeting?”

Longarm: “No I think that’s just vomit.”

Prowl: “Gross.”

Prime: “What are your names life forms?"

Spike: “Uh, I’m Spike. That’s my dad and my buddy Chip.”

Prime: “It is a pleasure to meet you, my name is Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots.”

Chip: “Whoa he’s the leader.”

Prime: “This is Hubcap, our oldest member, and Longarm my second Lieutenant.”

Hubcap: “Nice to meet you youngsters.”

Longarm: “How’s it going?”

Ratchet: “What are these things doing here?”

Prime: “This is Ratchet, our doctor.”

Ratchet: “What filthy vermin you have.”

Ironhide: “Be nice Ratchet.”

Prime: “This is my weapon specialist Ironhide, and Jazz.”

Jazz: “Howdy.”

Prime: My remaining troops are our inventor Wheeljack and our conspiracy theorist Cliffjumper. I see you’ve already met my lieutenant Prowl and young scouts Sideswipe and Bumblebee.”

Cliff: “Are you sure this is a good idea bringing these lifeforms here Optimus? They could be working for the Decepticons.”

Longarm: “Please shut up Cliffjumper, for everyone’s sake.”

Wheel: “Great, more uninvited guests.”

Chip: “Hey!”

Wheel: “Zip it kid!”

Prime: “And finally we have (looks around) where is Beachcomber?”

 

Yes, Part 4!
I believe Soundwave gets a voice synthesizer, like he does in G1 due to this.
I love the cereal conversations too.
Can't wait for 5!

I really want an actual brand called Energon-O's now.
I swear, a mom would say "But these are cubes."

 

I'm liking the banter with the Autobots.

 

The dialogue and action is great  

 

Nice. Prowl is the kind of character I liked to dislike. The insult war between Sideswipe and Rumble was also quite nice. Very interesting what happened to Soundwave, I suspect he will probably get his synthesizer during his repairs.

 

I'm finally all caught up now. Love this story! Also I like the mixture of G1, Prime, and the movies.

Well my friend you will just have to wait and see   Two things, one are you excited to finally meet Beachcomber? And two did any catch the references?

 

Be honest, is Soundwave going to have a digital voice now?

I've skimmed parts 1 and 2. I'm going to bookmark this page. It seems amazing (that's a horrible understatement).

Bottom line: words cannot describe the potential this story has.

 

Just wait till the story is finished and the sequels start   It's only going to get bigger.
