I finally have my previous dream teams of 4 FOC Ultra Magnus as well as 4 FOC Grimlocks - but they wouldn't survive in the current meta. Just one more way DeNA cruelly teases us as the game approaches its end...

 

Yes it's a tease but for the first time in a long time I have been enjoying the game. I have 30 tokens waiting for the new space bridge now.

 

Yes, my best team now is Nova Prime from the last daily bot event, FOC Brawl and FOC Bruticus. I still often die when I'm up against four bots with 200-300+ HP, though. The FOC Combaticons are generally the best bots I've gotten from multiple space bridge drops, haven't seen any 200+ HP bots from it.

 

G1 part is here, and it contains lots of characters:
1) obviously, most of normally obtainable through leveling up weaklings;
2) every weekly character;
3) most of exclusive characters;
4) every limited character;
5) units from 22 events and Ramjet from Cybertron 2 event who was missing from Cybertron space bridge.
I'm currently using my 1k tokens and most times I get nothing better than R4 characters because of huge amount of R1-R3 trash.

 

It's the trash that's slowing me down. Besides the combiners the best I can get is springer or wheelie. I still have not gotten a inferno or smokescreen.

 

The bots I'm interested in getting are Nova Prime, G1 Grimlock, Lord Starscream, Inferno, Smokescreen, Tracks and Ricochet (5 trash bots are also in the list, but only for confirmation). I think "Disaster: Code Blue" bots and Nova may currently be unobtainable, but someone getting at least one of them would disprove this theory. But it was so like DeNA - 31 bot in the first quarter and over 200 in the second.

 

What is the point of gold as a reward now when you cannot spend it?

 

Why are you guys still playing this? What';s the point when it's over in a month or so?

Been totally enjoying my time away from this, so much so that I'll never play another game like this again. I still play android games on my tablet, but full version, paid for type games. These freemium games (GI Joe & this one) took up way too much of my life when I look back on it, for no reward. Kicking myself that I ever paid for the couple months of gold.

 

Mainly because now the game is sort of playable again with unlimited energon and I have a chance to play with many of the characters I wanted but never could get before. My activity is dropping off, though. I still keep running up against 200-300 HP teams that kick my aft regularly. Ugh.

What games are you playing? I'm looking for something new and don't mind outright paying for a game, but hate the ones that keep trying to squeeze you for more money as you play and make it hard not to in order to have fun.

 

Been sticking to full games, none of the f2p stuff. Tales from the borderlands, Liberty city tales, kemco rpg's, Evocreo, Doom & Destiny 2, and a lot of the amazon undergrounds full free hidden object games from artifex mundi & big fish games.

 

This was a really cool game when it came out. Sad shame that the unprofessional greediness of dena caused its demise in just over a year. Here is to hoping another company brings back the format and does it right.

 

Hm, UT Space Bridge also doesn't contain Nova Prime or any characters from the last 4 events, which makes 25 missing characters, and 13 of them are currently comletely unavailable. All other units were confirmed.

 

Is this the last space bridge? I can't remember now. I seem to recall the last one will need four tokens to use and last 3 have had 3 each. The forums are gone so I can't check anymore. I haven't gotten a bot over 175hp that wasn't a combiner yet. If there is one to go they may show up then?

 

It is the last bridge. The first was WFC/FOC with 2 tokens (every other uses 3) and 31 possible bot, the second was G1/G2/exclusives with 201 bot, the third - BW with 33 bots and the final is UT with only 25 bots. 17 bots are missing (not 25 as I told earlier, I probably mixed that with the amount of obtainable bots), 8 of them can be farmed, and the other 9 (Nova Prime, Armada Bonecrusher, Armada Wreckage, Energon Prowl, Energon Downshift, G1 Inferno, G1 Ricochet, Armada Sideswipe and Armada Backtrack) can't.

Maybe they would actually add the leftovers after the event (the game is supposed to work until the 12th, and 6th of May is the last day of the event), but I don't have any hope for DeNA.

 

I've all but stopped playing. I was well on my way to rank 200 solo (I made it up to 249!) when half my league lost their points, so I dropped down to solo rank like, 7k. Kinda put a damper on things. Gave up after that.

 

999 tokens and no space bridge to use them on. Might give it a day or two before the uninstall to see if they give us something to spend them on.
