Agreed. I personally don`t think they should have made the figure. It`s just a green Bumblebee. And I think Ironhide will be awesome because Ratchet is awesome. They could even do a silver repaint down the road, maybe for botcon or something?

A BLACK Blurr repaint?!  

I promised myself I would never get any repaints (other than purple Animated Shockwave) but after seeing Electrostatic Soundwave, Freeway Jazz, and now THIS...Hasbro, why must you insist on tormenting me so with such awesomeness?!   (Hopefully there's some hint that Blurr survived his cubification involved in this. Oh, and the Fugitive Waspinator Bumblebee repaint was completely unecessary if you want my opinion. I know it was either give Ratchet a new head for the Ironhide retool or Bumblebee a new head for Waspinator, and I'm glad they ended up going with Ironhide, but they didn't have to go ahead and make Waspinator anyway.)

Thanks to Hasbro's photo shenanigans, I have no idea what color that Blurr is supposed to be. It looks chrome but I know they wouldn't do that. Any ideas?

I guess Blurr got lost in the Dead Universe after he went to the Benzuli Expanse.

 

Looking at Wasp's face, it looks like he's scowling rather than smiling. Super-small remold, perhaps?

 

Blurr is one of the few molds that is good enough to merit a second purchase. And if it's a black redeco as it appears to be, I imagine it'll still look pretty damn good once the Photoshop sparklies are taken away.

 

Yeah, he wasn't in the show. And Bumblebee on his own looks to be a new mold, not a repaint, so I didn't include him with the list.

At the stage the Bumblebee mold was created, they didn't yet do what they do now with ROTF: mold extra different heads - and by that time the figure of Wasp was probably not even that far realised.

I'd loved a real Wasp head myself, but it probably wasn't profitable to cast a new head for him..not too sure if I want it now, though.
