One of the BEST moments by far in this episode is when Prime and Megatron are fighting the Seekers back-to-back, and Megatron pulls a "true Decepticon" by grabbing Prime's body and using it to shield himself from the Seekers' blasts.

    Pure badassery, right there.

Also, after SS laughs, Megs says: "oh shut up..."

    Ok, it's 11:30 east coast
    Finale has repeated and
    NO...VOICE...OVER
Was able to hear whole thing.
I wonder if they'll still be at each others throats(verbially) come season 3.

Awesome end to season 2. I felt that this season finale left me much more satisfied than Megatron Rising. Probably two of the best episodes of the entire series. Thought the Starscream clones were pretty cool. Lots of great action as well. I especially liked seeing Optimus and Megatron fighting back to back, to which Megatron uses him a shield. Felt kind of bad for Omega, seemed like such a sad character to come online, only to sacrifice himself as part of his programming. Bring on season three.

Also, the improved end credits dialogue? Classic! :lol

Did any one record it without the voice over?

    Apparently someone did:

If Lockdown returns in season 3, I have one theory that both Megs and Headscream will be picked up by the bounty hunter IF his ship is still honed into SS's allspark energy signature.

Finally got to watch this today. Awesome ep(s)! Nothing really to say that hasn't already been said. I really can't think of anything I didn't like.

I doubt anyone is actually dead, including OS.

    DH3, actually.

As of BotCon, season 2 was already fully in the can, and the CN/Hasbro team said they didn't know yet if season 3 was going to happen. So they did set it up as a conclusion episode.

VERY nice to hear that season 3 is apparently happening, though!

"The Agenda" was my benchmark, too. But I think ABtC surpassed it by just a bit.

    I'm guessing "Nightscream".

I just watched part 2 again and noted a few fan nods

"justlike you to hide behind an army of cheap knockoffs!"

the kick Ramjet gave Starscream was pretty much the same as the one Starscream gave to Megatron in the movie.

it was nice to be able to make out what Megs and Screamer's conversation was at the end too. disapointed that there was a voice over on it but not as annoying as the canadian torrent.

I think that's pretty well explained right here:

You see, Starscream is in love WITH HIMSELF! Always has been acutally. She just hate's to admit it. I see room for many slash jokes/references here.

    I knew it, I knew it, I knews it!!!

Of course he is, it's what he went to school for. And remember he was so happy when he got his assignment? What's funny is, he's actually become the pre-eminent specialist on Spacebridge Tech, that would be cool if he was better than Perceptor, Rinox, Wheeljack, Jetfire, and all the other Autobot Scientists combined. Well at least in specialized knowledge. I'm sure the others are better at generalized science.

Why? Megatron has killed hundreds of Autobot warriors in the past, he's got a hand full of Autobot "rejects" tied up at his feet. From his perspective it would be safe to assume the Autobots were as good as dead.

    Now, Infosaur's story ideas:

I wonder if UM/OS & Ratchet fought together? I mean Rachet treats Omega like G1 Bluestreak would treat Optimus Prime. "Hold together Prime, help's comming" I'd love to see a flashback episode where Omega fights off a horde of Decepticons like Optimus fought in the battle of Autobot City, and also dies from the effort. Maybe Omega was a Magnus (Supreme?) before Ultra Magnus? And did you see his WEAPONS?:jawdropper: :bay  Maybe that UM toy won't be so far off after all? I would have loved to see just a little more of Rachet's reaction to loosing Omega again, it seemed very painfull to him, Omega seemed to be one of the few creatures Rachet ever had compassion for. Still it seems somewhat morbid to turn old dead war veterans into space ships. I wonder if Rachet served aboard "him" ever since the war, and Prime was only recently "assigned" as captain (prime)? Ratchet came with the ship? You know,,, I really don't like mini-cons, but a Ratchet/Omega Supreme team up toy might be pretty cool.

TC, Skywarp and Blurr a potential future plot hook? Yeah I could see this. A stand alone episode. They end up on some rough frindge world and are forced to team up for some reason. Furman's Matrix Quest comes to mind, or some of Furman's stand alone stories. (especially any one featuring Nightbeat.)

Sunday had the full conversation between Screamer and Megs at the end. :)

Seems like they'll be ragging on each other for a while until Season Three materializes.

Or perhaps Ratchet tried to secretly revive Omega Supreme all the time, and did all to preserve him. Keep in mind however, that in the end, all those cybertronians are made of metal, not biological matter. Whereas dead humans would eventually rot, dead cybertronians would still be there. In order to get rid of the dead, you'd have to melt them down eventually.

Personally I had a great time watching the finale. Is it me or was Omega Surpreme the biggest oxymoron in the series? A big softie that was the most powerful robot in the episode. It was a laughing-stock to see Omega beat the dog snot out of the Deceptcons. I really how that Hasbro does a season two to Transformers Animated so we can find out what happen to Black Arachina, the Dinobot, the Constructions and did Optimus Prime get some payback on Sentinal Prime.

    Best series ever??

    Wow. Just wow.

That was an amazing finale. I am bummed that the season is over, but it sure did end with a bang. Animated continues to impress me. So how does this show rank compared to past TF incarnations? G1 got it all started, Beast Wars had some very complex sci-fi story arcs, Beast Machines was philosophical. But Animated.... this show is just pure fun.

As for "Bridge," I rank it as one of the best installments in this series so far. The wait for Omega was totally worth it. Love the way he was portrayed and I hope he shows up again in season 3 or 4. I got chills seeing him blast away the Deceps flying around him. Seeing Blurr and Shockwave was great too. Using Starscream "clones" was a brilliant way to bulk up the Decep army. And finally, we get to see Megatron kick some arse. The story was wonderful, with some very funny moments. The script was great, and Marty Isenberg deserves high praise for bringing this tale to life. There were some truly quotable lines that I believe will become classics in the TF universe.

Man, this is one hell of a fun ride. And I don't want it to end anytime soon.

These eps were really great and it confirmed my suspicion that Sari was not human. But I'm surprised that the autobots have never scanned her in all this time.
