I don't hate everything, I just don't like Animated overall. And as for commenting here, it's because I'm seeing how bad the show is right now.

But who knows? Maybe after seeing the rest of the movie my opinions may change.

 

I'm seriously impressed. I'll probably be getting up early to see this Saturday mornings. Well done. 8| Haven't seen a cartoon in ages that was directed towards "kids" that I'd actually sacrifice sleep for.

Lucky me that when cartoons come to my country the dubs are always max quality and usually they use G1 voices.

Ratchet seems to be the Ironhide/ Kup of the series. The oldtimer with the war experience.

So, until I see some Decepticons I won't make up my top 3 favourite charcters.

As a relatively spoken Animated hater, I can say I'm impressed so far. Sure, the designs aren't great, and Prime sounds like a loser, but it has potential.

I don't hate it as much, but I'm still not sold.

 

It doesn't sound southern to me...it sounds like someone is trying a bit too hard to be "urban".

 

It is more urban than southern. Makes me think fat albert and the cosby kids.

I like all the voices so far. Better than anything we have seen in a dub for years. The voices match the character opposed to a random accent.

Nice attempts to give homages to us old-schoolers, (I commend the creators, since they are probably my age) but these corny,looney toon visual designs are just unacceptable for mighty robots. I Never liked Teen Titans or much of the non-imported Cartoon Network stuff.

I don't care how good the story wants to be, if they look stupid I don't want to watch it. And the voices don't make me want to hear it either.
Oh well.

If this is indeed the trend for the next gen then I guess its time to retire, save some money & wait for more Classics & Masterpieces, maybe my son will like it, but I doubt it.
I'm surprised so many of us here are actually delighted about this. I guess the fandom has gotten younger and is probably getting younger.

I have one question for those watching so far (as I can't right now), Does Sentinel Prime sound like the Tick. I know its the same VA but does he use the voice?

 

hey, if a character called Hot Spot could get away with it Prime has no problems.
