So my brother decides he wants to get rid of a bunch of his DVDs and gives them to me. Among them is "Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease Volume 3". I figured, what the hey, I might as well watch the darn thing. I don't exercise, but after watching this DVD my heart's racing enough that I feel like I did. Anyway, long story short--in the credits there's a music credit for "Deceptacon: DFA Remix". So is that what Soundwave's up to these days? Scoring porn music-type trax for exercise videos?
Ummm... 1st I had a look of confusion on my face for 10 secs... then I started laughing... too funny!
Since no one here seems to be in the know(or are keeping quiet), a little background: Le Tigre is a kickass band. The song "Deceptacon" appears on their self-titled 1999 album. The version used in the Carmen Electra DVD and the hilarious link was remixed by DFA(which I think means it's Death From Above 1979, but I'm not sure about that). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Tigre They say in the wiki article:"Deceptacon is french for Decepticon", but that seems incorrect.
anyone recognize the artoonin that video, the one that has the blue kid in it and a robed lady. it kind of reminds me of heavy metal and the band called journey.
