I hope that by no means are \"Forged to Fight\" destroyed. And yeah I know, you specifically think it\'s a bad game and they should finish it and whatever, but I like it.
Is this PvP only?
I would love to see an RPG Transformers
Game for Consoles. It is so sad that no one realizes the Potential of an Transformers Role Playing Game.
Instead, all the Games we got were absolute Trash; Movie Games 1-3, Devastation, Fall of Cybertron.
All useless Trash.
Okay Fall of Cybertron was a good Story Game, but once you got all Upgrades, the Game was over.
We need a heavy Transformers Grinding or Fighting Game, with endless Loot
and Upgrade Mechanics.
I would love a 3rd Person Transformers Game with the Style of Outriders or Diablo so much.
I'm excited to see the attractive females censored out of the western release
So does Alliance have a plot or is it just another lottery game to farm money from players?
The female Decepticon OC kind of looks like Thunderblast
Not a "character" per se; that is the generic Decepticon soldier model, available in multiple colourations.
I almost feel like the ideal Transformers game would be an RPG, since what really made the franchise Stand Out was its characters and their interactions just as much as the action. Not having the choice to meaningfully interact with any thing other than shooting and throwing switches was in my opinion the major weakness of the otherwise really enjoyable war for Cybertron games. Their base combat Dynamics weren't bad either, but I think I would diversify the options. Every character should be able to shoot and melee attack, but depending on who the character is there should be a different balance of different types of attacks. One thing that the Transformers Devastation game got right, although I wouldn't want to copy its pace, was that the different characters actually felt quite different when you played them. If you have, say, four character classes and then made sure to give each major character a couple of their own signature moves that would probably be enough
I think I'd start by, placing someone in the role of a new character but allowing you to link up establish one's as you go. You could incorporate cool leveling up mechanics and customization maybe in tiers. So for instance, you could customize your weapons in a way that would be obviously a parent, and maybe customize your body in ways that would be reflected in both mode, like adding a rocket launcher or something. But I could see if you hit certain Milestones being able to do more systematic upgrades. Like bumblebee actually being rebuilt into gold-bug with permanently boosted stats.
A novel way to accomplish a physical upgrade system while still honoring the history of Transformers would be to start the characters off in their original 1984 forms, which you could incrementally upgrade, and then when they get to a certain Milestone be able to reformat into an updated version of the character. What would be extra cool is if there were a few different permutations that had different characteristics. So for example you can start off with G1 Wheeljack and then have the option of upgrading him into either Prime Wheeljack, which has added combat and melee bonuses, or Generations Wheeljack which has added armor, repair, and ranged attack bonuses.
You could even go fully ham and have the game start off on Cybertron with everybody in their cybertronian mode, play through their Exodus, reawaken in 1984, and continue from there to the present day. Hell, you could do a multiversal role-playing game where you even choose what Universe you want to start in! Or you could just make kind of an ultimate mash-up that includes elements of all the franchises. Imagine an RPG set in the backstory of Transformers animated, during the Great War, but with a more traditional animation Style? I mean You can really do something Epic.
Cool designs but I fear this will be yet another mediocre game I'll have no interest in playing. The best thing is seeing that awesome Star Saber tho. Lastly, those decepticons soldiers.... That is all.
Not gonna lie, that look for Kickback, kinda digging it
Er, the front page stated that it's "Japanese", but unless a Japanese company decided to do a beta outside its target market, it would seem strange for it to be in the KOREAN language instead.
Even something like Xenogears, combined with those "Bandai Robot Collection" (sic) rpgs, where robots from different continuities/dimension's came together to defend the multiverse, or something.
Combine it with (if they must) cosmetic DLC skins, cards etc and I'm sure it would be a hit.
The Ninja look works surprisingly well for him.
Poor mech... always one letter away from disaster...
For a character that's never getting a new toy Star Saber sure is popping up a lot lately.
At least my boi gets to be acknowledged outside of Japan these days.
Is that supposed to be Squeeks in the bottom??
The Fansproject ones seem prophetic now lol
The even used the Flametoys design for him which is interesting
To be fair that's just the IDW design with a jetpack and a tiny bit of stylization.
Well, I don't know what @Automaster did exactly to get into the closed beta test, but I broke the initial news of this game, which very much has a Japanese social media account.
That is the generic Autobot soldier, available in multiple colour schemes.

The front page says that Transformers Alliance is headed to Australia. Where is the source of this tidbit? I cannot see it on the Twitter account.
