I'm aware. I was just expressing my disdain for him returning.

Bay is a misogynistic piece of trash. I don't want him back. Plus, it's time for a new perspective.

    I'd say
    A) Decepticons is messing with us.
    B) That is not really Decepticons but a clone because the real Decepticons has been abducted by aliens.

    It's already in production?
Did they spend 15 minutes writing a 3 hour script already?

Yeah, I want a new perspective too.

But I always thought you liked Bay?

I'm being full on serious, friends.

I like most things from the movies. Not Bay himself.

Just remember: we won't know it's a real live-action Transformers film...until they officially announced the human casting. After all, nothing says transforming robots like the humans, who will make the audience feel at home amid the strange war among the giant robots from out of our galaxy.

    Oh, HELLS NO.

Ferrell ruined "Land Of The Lost" (along with the decision to make it a comedy)
and he was actually a HUGE fan of the show.

I can't imagine what he'd do with a property he has zero interest in.

-SS (although "Bewitched" is probably a decent measuring stick...)

Lol, I understand that dislike for Land of the Lost, but Jesus I laughed and it's one of my favorite comedies!

I really really REALLY hope, for the love of God, that Bay and Kruger don't return. I like these movies, but I want Bay to actually mean what he says when he says he's done. And Kruger....yeah. He should just go write some storylines for Nick Jr or something.

I think Krueger has brought a lot to the table, I just think he got overruled by his director too often.

I mean really... look at all the Transformer-centric concepts that were included in the movies DOTM and AOE. i'm 99.9% it was Krueger bringing those in. DOTM has a great plot concept and the basic plot of AOE is decent enough for a TF film. It's not Krueger's fault the movies are too long (in AOE's case by 45-60 minutes). It sucks to be a writer when your director has publicly stated the look of a shot is more important than the logic of a shot.

People don't like Krueger, and that's fine, but he's a legit Transformers fan and he did what he could given his restrictions, and I bet it's more than most Hollywood writers would have accomplished for the fans.

Will would actually be hilarious and right at home with the movies.

Extra points if he plays a faux affably evil villian like Lord Business.

Not just the director but if the rumors are true then the producers love to throw around their weight on what the story can do or can't do. Heck even the car companies get to over rule the writer since characters have to fit what a car company paid to promote instead of what the writer thought would be the best alt mode. Not a fan of Krueger's work, but I do understand how writers are on the very bottom of the totem pole when it comes to the mega budget films.

I never heard about Crosshairs betraying the Autobots and the reshoots were with Wahlberg and the Optimus truck if I remember correctly. Plus I don't feel the Drift/Crosshairs shots looked out of place. If that was true it would've been sorted out long before they started filming the movie.

Interesting. I've never heard that before, but it does make sense. After the Dinobot scene, I can't even remember seeing much of Crosshairs during the battle until the ending scene. It would have added another villain to the film, instead of just the nameless drones.

Krueger has literally stated these movies don't have to make sense. They're both the problem.
