Given that this stuff is tied into and advancing some plots going on in RiD, and is going to have Arcee vs. Starscream according to the solicit, I don't think this would make a very good spotlight.
Hmm, Brawl was with Galvatron's lot in the upcoming #43. Did he hop on a Space bridge in that issue? And why hasn't there been anything on MTMTE #43? It's like the moment they catch up IDW falls back behind again!
The old Spotlights also had plot relevant stuff happening. Spotlight Arcee and Optimus Prime being examples. His husband was beating up a NAIL and refused to backdown when Bee threatened him. He deserved what he got.
Needlenose and Dreadwing are both among the Earth Decepticons, too. There is something probably going on there, especially when the solicit for #43 mentioned a space bridge. They were still very much side stories that were mostly self-contained. This isn't.
Looks like Brawl, Needlenose, and Dreadwing are back on Cybertron doing a recruitment drive for for the Decepticon Commune. Though, at the behest of Galvatron or Soundwave, I wonder?
Well, in #42, Galvatron did get that big smirk on his face when Arcee told him how unhappy the Decepticons on Cybertron were...
Nice preview featuring some interesting characters and yeah for Dreadwing being there. Looks a bit beat up but hes there. Brawl too is cool. Anyone hearing Tracks voice from sunbow when he speaks? lol. Weird that we are getting this preview before the last issue is out. You really do feel too that the pieces are being moved into position for the push towards Titan Wars and issue 50.
Seems like quite a few 'Cons are definitely done with this entire war thing and went total NAIL. Looks plausible to me. I think this faction is in for even more splits if Galvatron will start war. Like some more thug-ish 'Cons will be fine with going back to their old ways, but some might not be so happy with giving up their peaceful commune. Also, nice to see Needlenose's background taking hints from his original G1 bio.

Looks like Needlenose is another true believer con. Sadly he's also one that fails to realize that they blew away the elite he claims are oppressing bots millions of years ago, and that his side are the ones that are oppressing people now. That they went from the revolutionaries who genuinly wanted social change to despots killing those who dissagreed with them. Before getting to how they handled organics. And hey Squeezplay! I loved his toy as a kid. I still have it. I hope he doesn't get killed off right away.

Just hope we dont get too many sub groups with different leaders in each. A few is okay but not too many. would be foolish imo.

You know looking back on season 1 of Not RiD Needlenose was featured the odd time. Hes been there or thereabouts. Wonder if John has any special plans for him? A leader of a new subgroup maybe?
