If you ask me it was a "shakedown" for sure, why else raise a law suit and attempt to block the film less than 5 days from being shown. They knew they had the film by the balls and they would get paid to not prevent the showing. Classical less than savory business practices from there. To them a contract means "whatever it is that is signed AT THAT TIME but i can force to renegotiate at any time when the deal isn't good for me."

Let this be a lesson to be learned. Of course just remember, they are one but there are two systems so, you figure out which system to trust more after this incident.
