    Coming to The Venetian® Macao this Summer!

    Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the world famous "Transformers", The Venetian Macao proudly presents the one-of-a-kind and largest Transformers Expo ever held in Asia, Transformers 30th Anniversary Expo, displaying over 1,000 Transformers figures and fans' collectibles, world debut of the two-metre tall Transformers holograms, showing the development of the Autobots throughout the past three decades all in one room.

    Time: 01 June 2014 – 05 October 2014
    Daily 11:00am – 8:00pm (last entry at 7:00pm)
    Venue: Exhibition Hall F

    Doh, missing it by one day. Ah well, at least I get one last morning dim sum. I hope the exhibit is fun!

    There was a Transformers 30th Anniversary Expo in Malaysia earlier this year and Japan and Macau have upcoming celebrations and of course the various Transformers conventions - glad to see so much worldwide love for this great franchise!

    Just came back from the convention. My opinion is that it it was just OK....but not worth the extra effort just to attend unless you are already in macau. Convention displays were not much to shout about and the toy figures are definitely not 1000+ and consisting of mainly CHUGs, TF Prime, some beast wars and movie 1 figures (ok.. Maybe just 1 G1 scorponok). Will upload some pics when I have time.

    Do you think the lackluster displays might improve after the first day? Also, I'm curious about the holograms. Did you see those?

    I'm hoping to go tomorrow.

    My son has been hanging out to go over to this so I really hope they have everything they claim to... he's hanging out to see the 7 metre tall Optimus.

    Will try and get as many photos as I can. If this expo follows trends it might end up at Venetian in Vegas as some of the events that come to the Venetian in Macau seem to end up in Vegas a few months later...
