    Why the heck are people complaining about clones?
    Werent half of the decepticons in G1 clones? Just look at all the damned seekers...never heard anyone moaning about them.

    I don't think anybody calls the G1 decepticons "clones," with the obvious exceptions of Pounce & Wingspan, the Insecticon Clones and possibly the Sweeps.

    Did they? I guess if you only go by their techspecs, yeah, they sorta did. :p

    If you're talking about the Con that was stabbed by Prime, that was a Sideways clone. You can tell from the Audi R8 headlights on the shoulders.

    Those are just Sideways' arms... their designs just look a lot like eachother.

    I distincly remember seeing a heck of alot of "clones", especially the seekers and im not just talking about TC and SW, but there was a scene in the very first episode where the decepticons where stealing energy from some powerplant (not the dam) and there had to be like 20 seeker clones.

    And they're never (or rarely) seen again.

    The samey designs and re-use of the older designs are starting to get to people.

    Having the same body type doesn't make them clones. After all, Thundercracker and Skywarp aren't clones of Starscream (except in Animated). Starting with the first episode, it was clear that the seeker body was very common within the Decepticons' ranks.
