    AVP2 is R-rated right?

Not stopping the local family friendly Burger King and Big Apple donut shop from advocating that movie to everyone.

In other news, people apparently continue to be incapable of making informed, independent decisions.

Are you a mod? The topic itself is political. And I call 'em like I see 'em.

OMG. My boy will be 2 in February, his first 5 words are mommy, daddy, juice, fries, and ROBOTS. Guess that makes me a bad dad.

I dont see why they're insisting that the toys were used to market the movie to kids.

    it's the other way around.

the movie was used to sell toys. thats what hasbro cared about. transformers existed LONG before the live action movie did, and they've been targetting those younger kids all this time. if they suddenly left them out of the movie merchandise, the kids would be upset and hasbro would lose fans.

I always thought it was ethically questionable making really kiddie stuff like Cyber Stompers and Cyber Slammers for a PG-13 movie. Still, I am most definitely against a Nanny State, and oppose any legal repercussions for it.

It should be "parents who didn't bother reading the rating of the movie criticized for letting their kids watch it"
