Green fluids are also spewed out of Lockdown when he's impaled through the chest. And a lighter green, well, slime comes out of Ravage and Scorponok when they're ripped apart, and squashed respectively.

I actually kind of like that Transformers "bleed" in the Movieverse. It makes sense that a bunch of liquids and fluids would spill out.

Cool - you dude have some sort of engineering thinking  I also don't think, that it's energon - it's blue and clearly visible in some episodes, for example, when Scorponok hits Jetfire's chest in ROTF. And it seems, that TFs have many type of liquids in their bodies 
Interesting thoughts about liquid coolant - I always think, that TFs have air cooling, because they often doing some movement similar to our breathing and exhale warm air (during speaking) from mouth. But probably they haven't so much space inside the body to effective air cooling and have combination with liquid coolant system too.

 

One could be a lubricant. (Red)

Example: Crankcase's or Crowbar had some spew out their mouth, which has moving parts.

Example: When Optimus' head fell apart, it leaked, may it get hot around their brains?

One is definitely Energon. (Blue...)

Perhaps what is seen is actually the green coolant that becomes orange plasma as a heat reaction to Prime's energy hooks/sword. If you burn certain liquids at a hot enough temperature it converts into plasma...

 

If you look closely in the first movie, Megatron leaks so much BLUE ENERGON so these dreads are red and Megatron is blue

 

It makes no sense for them to have blood like us, they have some bio mechanical stuff in the movies but it's questionable it would be made out of the same chemicals and cells as ours.
