I love the soles of his feet!
True, but the current SS figure is ass and I don’t see a remake anytime soon.
Glorious. Hope we get some release info soon. I need some good 3rd-party news while waiting for the Core Star debacle to sort itself out.
But what scale is the ledge???
hmmm... I"m starting to take a liking to this guy.... but he's SS size so..............................
there is no mention of the size or scale by them at all . Been asking they ain’t replying
I like this. And I would like to know why TT didn't do this good of a job on theirs. I don't hate the MPM...but this is much nicer, IMO.
It’s cause the MPMs are probably more Hasbro then we’re lead to believe.
No, it’s because the mpm and studio series were created earlier in the design process so they could release the toys when the movie launched, but the movie designs changed after the toys were created.
Oh yeah that as well. But Takara wouldn’t do that kind of thing.
They would. Check some of your figures for date stamps - I guarantee that the overwhelming majority of them (if not all) would have the year before the first release of the mold printed on them. And that goes for both Hasbro and Takara.
The serial code usually printed on the figure , it gives you the month , year and factory of which the toy was produced . Can’t remember the format but should be easily googled
Definitely looking a lot better in those recent pics! The chest is still off and the proportions but he's still the best looking transforming Bee of this design so I'm still somewhat interested.
Awesome. How tall is he again?
Not mentioned lol .
But they have, that’s kinda the normal process.
Color me interested. It looks quite TravisBee.
In an MP line? In 2018? Where the line was already set as being movie accurate? To me it seems very tie in Hasbro styles.
I really don't understand your fixation here. Both hasbro and takara have done this. The movie masterpiece line has had it easy because all the characters they're doing have been out for years, same with the regular masterpiece line. They didn't have to deal with scheduling the releases in line with a new movie, like the bumblebee movie. The mainline toys? Yeah thats a normal part of the production process, trying to have your product line out at the same time as your shows.
It just doesn’t make sense to me. Given Takara’s loyalty to accuracy, why would they abandon it for a tie in release? That seems like something Hasbro would do for the main line. It just doesn’t seem logical to me.
