This deco is so striking. Every time I pick him up it just feels so good in hand. Can’t believe what a deal these guys were! Still waiting on Nemesis Prime but I have no qualms about having multiples of this mold.

Any gun replacements or upgrades available? I got screwed for getting a replacement piece for my gun, and it looks like my only option might be to order one of the cheap reissues so my cel shaded can actually hold his gun

 

I went and painted the pins and screws black on my Nemesis and I put some of that 50% silver window tint behind his windows, which really brightened them up. @transformer_78's window inserts do a really good job holding the film in place. I'm planning on painting them a dark gun metal but I've gotta print up a neck adapter for him first and paint it as well.

Beautiful. I have no interest in Shattered Glass but this mold is just glorious in every color scheme is hard not to just buy them all. I'm going to continue to resist temptation and just enjoy others' pics.

I ordered back in the beginning of May from TF-DIRECT. Contacted customer support right away, they said they had put in a request and it would take some time. Contacted them again last week and was told their supplier said that parts were no longer available and they offered me a crappy $5 coupon as reimbursement. Attached a picture of my gun. Sadly it came in box like this. It's missing a piece of the handle for him to hold it.

I've set up my next print (a set of inserts and a neck along with a couple sets of a project I'm working on) but it's been a busy day and we have guests over so I'm not stinking the house up with resin tonight. I plan to start the print first thing tomorrow. I've actually got a lot of printing to do - I need two more neck/insert sets and I need more of my project (not trying to be cryptic; just don't wanna take the thread off topic) to start building up some stock, so I'll be taking them off the printer and then immediately starting another print. I need sets for my nephew's TE01 that I gave him, my Nemesis, my nephew's Nemesis (the sale was good enough that I bought one for him for his bday), and the reissue I pre-ordered from ShowZ. My Nemesis is currently borrowing the inserts from my cell shaded version. Once Nemesis is done and has his own neck, I'll get some pics. Not exactly a deep customization - I just thought the silver pins and screws stood out quite a bit against the black plastic and wanted to tone them down while also...um, toning up the windshields.

I keep wanting to try to enhance the ratchets on his hips. I figure cutting the points off the detents on one side, then cutting notches into the now flat spaces (like cut halfway between the point and valley and then cut in more valleys where the points used to be) would double the number of positions available but I've been too scared/lazy to try it.

Too much of a hassle to return it for a refund, and only other places I've seen the cel shaded is eBay and it's more than I paid. Just going it order a reissue and fix or replace my gun and sell the rest of the figure. Chances are good I've already got a buyer for it. Also lesson learned and I won't bother with tf-direct in the future

 

Just curious but what's the opinion on the Clear version?

Local place has him and wanted to hear if that version is as good as the others.
