What's the little grey thing on the right of the second pic ? Seems to be the trailer hitch but it looks very small

 

It's sideways, so your seeing the top of a thin long object.

 

Much better.   I still would prefer a light grey instead of the white they used.

 

Can't wait till this thread explodes with pics. Reading early reports I have a feeling this guy is gonna have that Quakewave feel when you pull him from the box.

goddamn this thing looks so good that I may cancel my MP-44 PO with AJ when it gets here. He looks sooooooooooooooooooooo effing good.

 

There are actually a number of figures that do an ab crunch much better than MP-44. He still has the separated in half look to him, it’s just less obvious because of his ridiculous backpack.
My current favourite is Perfect Effect Mega Doragon (BW TM2 Megatron). His ab crunch isn’t huge, maybe 30 degrees. It’s enough to pose well though. But the figure has an additional piece inside the torso that is revealed when the figure crunches forward. Basically you lean him forward and instead of a huge gap in the back, this internal piece is revealed so he looks like he still has a solid back. It’s clever, doesn’t impact the figure in any way but makes the ab crunch look great.

How do I not buy this as well?? Ssssshhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiittttttttttttttttttttttt man. I swore I wasn't going to get all 3 versions of Prime that have been announced but here I am with an MP-44 preorder and an MS-01 on the way. And that last batch of photos from daim, TE-01 looks amazing too. Despite the lack of thigh swivel issue he still manages to make majority of those poses look plain fantastic.

 

The solution is easy: cancel mp44
