Oh no! It's the very first legends scaled BW figure! What is this? What can you do with it?
Maybe I can use it as a wig for MP BW Megatron? Or maybe it's a pencil sharpner?
What do I do with this?  

 

I'm going to check these out. Legends would scale great with MP since they are supposed to be small to save Energon.

 

She'll scale nicely with some of the original Beast Wars figures too. Figs like Transmetal Tarantulas, Silverbolt, Rampage, Inferno and Quickstrike who she should be about the same size as.

Give me an effing break. What is it with these reviewers and their disdain for Legends figures?

 

Their mothers didn't love them enough, and the figures are too small to stay in their Cheeto-dusted fingers.

 

That Rattrap is a thing of beauty! Scale will never bother me when it's a fantastic representation of a character I love!

That video review was..... First 4 minutes complaining it's too small for a mp collection (and again at the end). It's not meant to be that. And only a size comparison with mp megs? Why no deluxes? Or legends? And almost sounds like he's dismissing the engineering just because it's a legends. And no close up of the face sculpt? I think this thing looks fantastic in both modes. The grapple hook becoming the spider mandibles is inspired. I may have to start getting this line.

 

Anybody notice the spider head on the box art? It's the back of the robot head! Seriously mistransformed.

 

Idk what’s going on with that box art... hourglass is also not the right one for beast mode, so I’m not sure what they’re going for

 

Ben's reviews are generally a waste of time. He does absolutely no research and doesn't even take the time to transform the figures properly or learn what the accessories are for.

Why are we seeing finished versions of Rattrap but not a preorder anywhere?
Not even on ShowZ.

 

Literally only asked myself that the other day! Paid for ba already and would love to get his payment out of the way as well... hopefully soon

 

I figure they haven't got enough of him ready to send out to the shops.
But that hasn't stopped ShowZ from putting something up for preorder before. They still got Zeta Unicron listed and we don't even know if he's still getting made for sure.

It seems BA will be up for sale soon and he'll probably follow suit quickly.
I hope we quickly get news whether there's more where they came from after that.
I bet there's a ton of people on the fence who would buy these two if they had some assurance that Transform Elements is dedicating themselves to produce more Legends scaled BW toys.

I have a feeling they’ll continue, maybe their just testing the waters with the smallest members of the cast and if they do well they’ll continue, or maybe their already committed and just going for it (I hope it’s this one). Id love me a complete cast of legend Beast Wars characters, Including seasons 2 and 3. If they’re continuing then I Hope they keep doing the two at a time pace maybe a maximal and predacon each time  

I’m loving this. The thoughts of all the love beast wars is getting is generating a buzz and I hope More company’s jump on the train.

 

Agreed. We are getting BW MP's official, ko and third party. We are getting legends scaled BW. And soon hopefully chug BW.

And it's especially exciting I think that Transform Elements hasn't opened with Optimus or Megatron.

 

In my opinion, I think that for Rattrap scales nicely with the Original Hasbro toys, he should be something around 11cm.
Do you guys agree with this?
I've made a little sketch with a TV show scene and using the figures size (Voyager Rhinox and Original Hasbro Cheetor). I've taking account the table is round so the characters follow its bend.

Any chance Transform Element making this nice figure with 11cm?

 

Well, seeing as their BA is 8.7cm or so I don’t see Rattrap being much taller.
