If you go by BW MP scale (which I think is accurate), a Transform Element BW Megatron would be roughly the size of MP-45, which matches the reduced scale in the image I posted before:

Also, TE Blackarachnia and Rattrap are roughly the same size as MP Rumble, Frenzy, and Spike in his exo-suit, which seems pretty dang close to spot on to me. Rumble and Frenzy were exactly the size of a full grown human.

You and I, from this day forward, are enemies.

I'm fairly certain Rattrap is not actually out yet. It should be "soon" (unknown factory availability).

To be fair the only designs from BM that were truly abhorrent were the Maximals.

I feel like the reduced scale in the later scenes is the one that's most likely correct. It also jives with the scale of the G1 bots we saw in Beast Machines

Very good point. So really, these could work at either scale. MMP is more like your first pic but realistically MP is more natural.

Damn... now I wish I COULD go to my office to pick up BA and throw her in my MP collection at home. Lol

While I hated BM I thought I had seen all of it, when did G1 bots appear in it?

In episode 7 the maximal team discovers basically the junkyard where Megatron has discarded the bodies of a whole bunch of Transformers he desparked, and among them are some G1 characters. I distinctly remembered Blue Streak being in there. Let me see if i can find any pics

Here's a pic I threw together that shows approximately how big the rest of the BW cast should be compared to the G1 cast.

I'm just imagining BW Megatron facing off with G1 Bumblebee now, that just sounds appealing.

Why no? MP Primal from his picture looks to be very similar as it does in your chart (don't know the accuracy of the chart, but matches well). S1 Primal is basically at G1 Prime's knee in both his picture and on your chart which would say they are very close (assuming the BW MPs are in proper scale with each other).

Optimal is still much smaller than prime he’s closer to prowl or jazz size as he had to use rocket boots to get up to prime’s height and prime was sitting in a chair at the time

Is this or is this not to "scale" with the TT Beast MPs?

I'm just messing with you man. :p  You're not actually that far off. Maybe should have used a smiley or something. My bad. It's just an age old argument in the BW community.

Credit to @Alph I don't have that much insight into it. The Bugs Bunny image ironically made your response seem more serious to me.

Man, do that many people hate Beast Wars and love the original Scorponok??

Is this or is this not to "scale" with the TT Beast MPs?

Why would you want a company to not make something that would make other fans happy?

It's not meant to scale with the BW MP line. Seeing as he'll end up roughly the size of a BW basic, he might scale ok with an OG collection.

He actually seems a bit too big compared to TE's own Blackarachnia and Rattrap to scale well with them though.

Please Transform Element, make as many Beast Machines figures as you want and ignore irrational haters.

They are not in "scale" with Takara MP BW figures (ie MP-32 Optimus Primal). They appear to be in the general neighborhood of being in "scale" with Takara G1 MPs (ie MP-44 Optimus Prime) for most appearances of G1 characters in S3 of the BW cartoon after the initial gigantic appearance, see Alph's post below. According to his left image these TE figures could work with MPP scale figures, while the right image makes it look about right for regular MP figures.

Ugh. Definitely not going down the road of "scale".

I'm just happy they are making more characters. Scorponok is not a design or a character I like at all, but they more they make, the closer I get to Tarantulas, and other designs I like.

    Ah. Okay. Thanks.

This is, as I suspected, not for me.
